Abstract:
Based on the fact which is known by many geographers and planners that part of the earth surface is a space that has its own characteristics that has economical power and social power which has the ability to rearrange that place based on operations result in economical activities, roads network and urban and rural systems identify this place.The research seek to prepare place structure in one of governorate of Anbar known as Garma, scientific approach determined that it is second planning region.Because it contains many space characteristics and this region doesn’t contain but only one urban center represent the center of the region, and other are rural settlements where people do planting and agriculture concentrated in the southern and eastern parts.This research nominated number of villages to be human’s settlements for next 20 years. Based on its characteristics social, services and economic, and they together represent balance. The result of this research is the nomination of 3 places from this region made its eastern part for agriculture and country side settlement and made its southern part for urban and rural sides.4 main places were nominated to be urban settlement until one year and others were nominated also but to be later and be merged with adjacent regions and the north eastern part will remain desert region could be industrial and for exploitation, so this place variation represent a balance pattern to distribute the human regions ( urban and rural side ) in this place with keeping the economical, industry activates in it.This research ended by many conclusions and recommendations that come with the research aims and assumption.
