The objectives of the research were the : 1) the preparation of compound exercises (physical - skill) in the development of your endurance (with the speed and carrying power). 2) identify the impact of vehicle use exercise (physical - skills) in the development of your endurance (with speed - with force). 3) recognize the significance of the concentration of lactic acid in the blood associated with the private sector. The hypotheses were as follows : 1) There are significant differences between the tests before and after and for a posteriori in the development of your endurance (with the speed) of the tennis players. 2) There are significant differences between the tests before and after and for a posteriori in the development of your endurance (carrying power) of the tennis players.3) There are significant differences between the tests before and after and for a posteriori in the concentration of lactic acid in the blood associated with the private sector. The results showed that training intensity (80 - 95%) and (50 - 75%) resulted in sophisticated and clear in my ability with the speed and carrying power, and this is shown by the results of tests of moral posteriori. 3. Showed that the use of additional weights in the exercises with the relatively long period of time in performance led to the development with the force. The main recommendations were : 1. Need to use the training curriculum included exercises vehicle (physical - skills), and this is consistent with the results shown by the evolution of the sample in the development of your endurance (with the speed and carrying power). 2. Use the training curriculum prepared by the researcher in the development of speed and bearing with force in the game of tennis. 3. Use the method of interval training to develop your endurance. 4.
