Abstract:
Was considered by UNESCO thing that ever was fifty - year old inherited cultural andheritage ,heritage ,including his privacy and the importance and and what it has of legaciesand beliefs reflect the reality of peoples ,is a tag that can not in any way be overlooked orignored ,it does not make sense to existence without those roots that support them, whichcheck its stability as it is necessary to broadcast the sustainability of the life time of the last of its reservation of neglect and then disappearing.Because we need today more urgent than everto re - organize our heritage of Iraq ,in line with the development taking place at all levels ,and as contained in the heritage of the plurality of symbols handed down through thousands of years ,and which we find in the case of employing them in the publications identity ,a reflection of a community contributes to the definition country and cultures on the one hand ,and a reflection indicative of meaning and symbolic representation of the content of the intellectual ,and a sense of value and aesthetic heritage on the other hand ,therefore ,felt the researcher to take this research to the definition of heritage and related recruitment ,as well as being complementary to the wedding culture started in the year 2013 AD ,it is but not holds the recipe uniqueness and leadership ,but he specialized in the field of impact caused byinherited in publications in general. Thus it is vitally problem of the research in the detection of the symbols of heritage and their associated meanings ,and the implications of all this inIraqi publications.Based on this researcher has identified the problem examined by asking the following : Is publications included Iraqi reflections of symbols inherited?The current research aims to identify the symbols of heritage and the extent reflected in thepublications of Iraq ,has been identified research study publications issued within the project of Baghdad, the capital of Arab culture for 2013 AD, which included four chapters, the first chapter discusses the research problem and its significance and purpose and its borders and determine its terms ,including, among other second theoretical framework which section into three sections ,carrying the first title of symbol heritage and its diversity of intellectual, cultural ,and included the concept of symbol heritage in terms of its diversity of religious, historical and mythological and folk ,while the second section consisted of levels symbol heritage in the publications of the Iraqi public to ensure that the semantic level and emotional as well as cognitive ,also included symbol heritage and intellectual communication ,postal heritage and a reversal in the community the third topic guarantees the formations symbol heritage that included symbols of heritage written and sham including guaranteed that the development of symbols written under the techniques of modern times ,and the stages of the evolution of the formation Graphic in publications ,and configuration Graph ic as a speech ,as well as variations printed.Chapter III also included an analysis of samples of publications of the project capital Baghdad ,Iraqi culture for the year 2013, and included the last chapter findings and conclusions and a number of proposals and a list of sources.The most important results reached by the researcher are as follows : 1 - Carried all samples representative of the legacy symbols and the concomitant representation of the vocabulary tones chromaticity function ,as well as inspired by some of the ideas associated with it.2 - Brought symbols of heritage readings function on more than one meaning is linked to the ideas of a function of the heritage, including his campaign those ideas of multiplicity of meaning within the contexts of semantic objective component context design parameter specific to the identity of the community, unlike that context aside philosophical aesthetic towards the heritage and the accompanying representation multi shapes moot. 3 - Despite embodies the symbolic representation of the content of ideas in the most appropriate publications mentioned, but some have been emptied from the representation of the symbolic meaning of ideas, so as to pursue intellectual rooting as direction is clear.
