اذ تناول هذا الباب اهمية دراسة ضغط العمل الاداري للهيئات التدريسية في كليات التربية الرياضية في العراق وما يتعرض له التدريسين من ضغوط يومية مختلفة, فضلا عن اهمية توافقهم المهني بسبب تعاملهم اليومي والمباشر مع شريحة مهمة هي شريحة الطلبة , وان العاملون في | The significance of studying the pressure of administrative work for the teaching committees in the colleges of physical education in Iraq and what the teachers face, like different daily pressure, in addition to the importance of their professional concord because of their daily dealing with important section of people, that is students, in addition to those who work in the colleges of physical education. Noticing the results may benefit the teacher to develop the strategies to overcome the pressure of the work and trying to get rid of it and finally improving the professional performance which contributes in developing scientific knowledge of the work pressure, their influences and how to face them with positive methods, because they make psychological, social and physical influences, in addition to their administrative and systematic influences. While the problem of the study handles the pressure suffered by the members of the teaching committees in the colleges of physical education while doing their jobs.The teachers face different kinds of pressure and there pressure in the environment of the work, which may cause tension and may lead to pessimism, carelessness, inaccuracy in the performance, bad concord, and doing the jobs in a way that lack emotional integration, which is to be considered one of the basic props in the professions of teaching and medicine and other professions. The study aims at : • Constructing a test to measure the pressure of administrative work for the teaching committees in the colleges of physical education in Iraq Domains of the study : • Human domain : Members of the teaching committees in the colleges of physical education in Iraq.• Time domain : 20/10/2013 until 1/7/2014• Place domain : Colleges of physical education in Iraq.Chapter Two : includes : Chapter two includes the significance and the concept of work pressures, their sources, influences, kinds, elements, tasks and skills of the teacher in class administrative in addition to the similar studies. Chapter Three : Method of the study and it's and field procedures : The researcher chooses the descriptive method for its suitability for the nature of the problem of the study. the sample is chosen in random simple way of the teachers in the colleges of physical education in Iraq , with the scientific title professor and professor assistant , who are (277) representing (9) colleges. The domains of the test and its items are specified and designed by experts. After that, the researcher implemented the pilot experiment for the measurement on a sample of (14), representing the teacher of the teaching committee in the college of physical education and the department of physical education in the university of Diyala, to know the time needed to answer the item of the test and their clearness for the sample, to avoid vague statements and to avoid the difficulties that may face the process of application. The process of constructing the test depends on a number of scientific procedures like validity of the experts , statistical analysis of the items in the ways of extremist groups and internal consistency , in addition to factor analysis , And extracting the reliability coefficient by the two ways of retail midterm and alpha Crown Bach equation.Chapter Four : This chapter handles displaying, analyzing and discussing the results. The factor analysis is implemented by the researcher using the main factor way by the reanalyzing and in an orthogonal recycling manner of Kaiser, by the Statistical package of Social Sciences (Spss)This statistical procedure results in achieving fourteen meaningful factors explained according to saturation (0.30) or more of its constituent paragraphs, where (49) paragraphs explains the fourteen factors.While chapter five comprised the conclusions and recommendations, and they are as follows : Conclusions : 1 - The researcher constructs a test for the pressure of administrative work for the teaching committees in the colleges of physical education in Iraq.2 - The researcher recognizes fourteen explaining factors after the orthogonal recycling. 3 - The researcher recognizes (49) paragraphs comprised the main constituents of the test. Recommendations : 1 - This test is to be considered a scientific tool to measure the pressure of administrative work for the teaching committees in the colleges of physical education.2 - Typifying the current test by the researchers 3 - The capability of using the current test by the researchers and the specialists and the students of master and doctoral degrees in their researches and studies , making similar studies to measure the pressure of administrative work too.
