Abstract:
ان ما يمر به المجتمع العربي عامة والعراقي خاصة من تحديات وازمات شكلت مادة علمية غنية للبحوث النفسية والاجتماعية، فمنذ عشرين عاما برز على الساحة فرع جديد من فروع علم النفس يعنى بالخصائص الايجابية والسوية في الشخصية اكثر من الجوانب السلبية وعدم السواء فيها، عرف بعلم النفس الايجابي والذي يهتم بدراسة مكامن القوة والفضائل الانسانية حيث يهدف الى علاج الحالة النفسية والى ادخال البهجة والسعادة على قلوب الجميع . وتعد متغيرات (العفو عن الاخرين ، والوعي بالذات ، والانفتاح على الاخر) احدى تلك المتغيرات التي ستكون محور هذا البحث ، سوف يسعى الباحث لتحديد درجة شيوعها بين صفوف طلبة الجامعة من قسم الارشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي في جامعة البصرة والجامعة المستنصرية وجامعة الديوانية، والوقوف على حقيقة التاثيرات التي يمكن ان تتركها المتغيرات الديموغرافية ( الجامعة ، الجنس) على المتغيرات الاساسية للبحث، فضلا عن الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة ونوعها بين متغير العفو عن الاخرين وكل من متغير الوعي بالذات ومتغير الانفتاح على الاخر. وبذلك تنطلق اهمية البحث الحالي من التوجه الايجابي لعلم النفس الذي يؤكد على اهمية العفو كاحد جوانب القوى الانسانية ذات النتائج الايجابية في حياة الانسان. فهو من الركائز الاساسية لعلم النفس الايجابي، لانه ييسر حدوث الانفعالات الايجابية كالامل والتفاؤل والايثار والحب، كما يسهم بدرجة كبيرة في تحقيق التوافق النفسي وتكامل الذات والشعور الذاتي بالسعادة كما يسهم في خلق شخصيات ايجابية فعالة ومنتجة في المجتمع . فالمجتمعات التي تعترف اعترافا متبادلا بين الذوات هي التي دخلت عالم الرقي والازدهار من بابه الواسع. فالوعي بالذات يعد من اهم المهارات الانفعالية الاجتماعية التي تميز الافراد الاكثر نجاحا في الحياة الاجتماعية ، غير ان الوعي بالذات لا يكفي مع انه مهم في ان يكون الانسان فعالا، لكن الوعي بالذات وحدة لا يجعله كذلك فالفرد بطبيعته كائن اجتماعي يؤثر ويتاثر بالجماعة ويتحدد سلوكه وفقا للمعايير الاجتماعية والاتجاهات والقيم ويتعلم الادوار الاجتماعية ويتعامل مع افراد المجتمع ويتعلم المهارات الاجتماعية .ولقد استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على : 1 - العفو عن الاخرين لدى عينة البحث في ضوء متغير الجنس والجامعة.2 - الوعي بالذات لدى عينة البحث في ضوء متغير الجنس والجامعة.3 - الانفتاح على الاخر لدى عينة البحث في ضوء متغير الجنس والجامعة.4 - نوع الارتباط ومستوى دلالته بين متغير العفو عن الاخرين وكل من متغير الوعي بالذات والانفتاح على الاخرين لدى عينة البحث ، وفي ضوء متغيري الجامعة والجنس. وتحقيقا لاهداف هذا الدراسة قام الباحث ببناء اداتين لقياس العفو عن الاخرين والانفتاح على الاخر وتبني مقياس (القره غولي 2011) لقياس الوعي بالذات . وتكون مجتمع البحث الحالي من( 811 ) طالبا وطالبة وبواقع (280) طالبا و(531) طالبة من قسم الارشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي في الجامعات ( البصرة ، والمستنصرية، والديوانية ) ، حيث بلغت عينة البناء ( 120 ) طالبا وطالبة موزعين على جامعتي (البصرة ، والمستنصرية) . في حين بلغت عينة التطبيق النهائي (300 ) طالبا وطالبة موزعين على الجامعات (البصرة ، والمستنصرية ، والقادسية). وبعد التحقق من الصدق الظاهري قام الباحث باستخراج القوة التمييزية من خلال تطبيق المقياسين (العفو عن الاخرين ،والانفتاح على الاخر) على عينة البناء ، كما تم حساب صدق الاتساق الداخلي والصدق العاملي للمقياسين ، ثم حساب الثبات لمقياس العفو عن الاخرين على عينة بلغت ( 60 ) طالبا وطالبة بطريقة اعادة الاختبار فبلغت ( 0.816 ) ، وبطريقة الفا كرونباخ فبلغت (0.907) . اما مقياس الانفتاح على الاخر فقد بلغت قيمة الثبات بطريقة اعادة الاختبار (0.802) درجة. وبطريقة الفا كرونباخ بلغت (0.879) درجة . في حين بلغت قيمة الثبات لمقياس الوعي بالذات بطريقة اعادة الاختبار (0.724) درجة. وبعد تطبيق ادوات البحث على العينة الاساسية وتحليل اجاباتهم ومعالجة البيانات باستخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية (spss), من خلال استعمال كل من الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة , ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون, وتحليل التباين الثنائي ، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين ، تبين الاتي : 1 - يتصف طلبة قسم الارشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي بمستوى عال من العفو عن الاخرين والوعي بالذات والانفتاح على الاخر .2 - وجود ارتباط موجب ودال احصائيا بين متغير العفو عن الاخرين وكل من متغير ( الوعي بالذات والانفتاح على الاخر). وهذا يؤكد وجود علاقة طردية بين المتغيرات الثلاث، بمعنى ان اي ارتفاع في مستويات الوعي بالذات والانفتاح على الاخر يرافقه ارتفاع مماثل بمستوى العفو عن الاخرين والعكس صحيح. وبعبارة اخرى فان وعي مرشدي المستقبل بذواتهم وتمتعهم بقدرة عالية في الانفتاح على الاخرين يصاحبهما ارتفاع بمستوى عفوهم عن الاخرين . وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل لها الباحث انتهى بجملة من التوصيات والاقتراحات . | Arabic society in general and Iraqi private from challenges and crisis constitute rich scientific object for psychological and society researches since twenty years new branch appears field from science psychology means positive features in the character more than negative sides and lack equality known as positive psychology which care in studying strength and good features of humanity which aimed process psychological state to insert the happiness people's hearts. The changes( forgiveness of others , awareness - self and openness with others are one of thesis changes which would be discussed in this research. The researcher would try to limit the degree of their spread between students of the college in the department of sociology counseling and educational guidance in the university of basrah , the university of Mostansria and Qadisiyah to stop on the fact of influences which enable to leave it to intermediate changes (university , sex ) on basic changes for research beside expose the nature of relation and its type between change forgive upon others and each of conscious - self change and the open change on others therefore, the importance current research stats from positive side to psychology science which emphasizes on the importance forgiveness as one of the aspect of human with positive results in person life. It is the basic supports to positive psychology because it facilitates causing positive affects As hope an optimistic and motive and love as well as it contributes in much degree to a achieve self - agreement, self - integration and internal feeling in huffiness 1 - Limit forgive level from others and sample search in the sex change and university .2 - Limit conscious level for the research sample in the sex change and university .3 - Limit level openness on the other to research sample in change and university4 - The standing on the nature of effects basic research change which intermediate changes may leave it ( university, sex ) on basic research change (forgive the others - conscious and open on others .5 - The exposing the of relation and level of his semantics between forgive change upon others and each of self - conscious change and openness on the either's with research sample in the light of change ( university - sex) to achieve aims of this study. the researcher stand up to build the tools to measure forgive the others an openness measure (Al - Quragawaly, 2011) to measure self - conscious - and the current research sample male from (811) male students and female students, about (280) male students and ( 531) female students from the department of psychology and direct education in the universities (Basrah, AL - Mostansria and Al - Qadisiyah). The number of builder is about (120) male students and female students distrusting on the universities (Basrah and Mostansria ) while the final application sample has cancelled . Male students and female students distributing on universities ( Basrah , Al - Mostansria and Al - Qadisiyah ) after final practice, the researcher had found the characteristics of AL - saque the meter so that according to external true distinctive strength is extracted through applying the measures the forgive others and openness on other sample building and a number inside after number static the measure forgiveness from others the sample about (60) male students and female students in the way repeat test amount ( 0.816) and method alpha Cronbach about ( 0.907). The measure openness on other hand about worth static and repeat the test (0.802) degree and method alpha Cronbach about ( 0.879) degree , with the number of fix worth for measure self - awareness in mothed repeat test (0.724) degree. After applying research tools on the basic sample and analyses their answer and treat them by using the statistic part (SPSS) through using each of test to one sample, related Bearson, analyzing double change and test for tow samples. It is clarified as the following : 1 - The sealants of department of psychology and educational direction characterize with high level of forgiving , self - awareness and openness on other .2 - There are no differences with statistics at the level of forgiving others about the two changes ( sex and university ) . 3 - The are differences with statistics between the measures of search groups at the level self - awareness above textual change and interaction between the two Cheney's ( sex , university) according to the change of university ,there was differences with statistics between the students of the university of Qadisiyah and the university of AL - Mostansria at the level of self - conscious of the female students Qadisiyah university were, while there is no differences between students of university of Basrah and students of university Qadisiyah.4 - There is positive and statistics link between change forgive the others and each of the two changes (self - conscious this emphasizes that there a relationship between the three changes and openness upon others ). This means that any increase in the l any increase in the level of self - conscious and openness on others accompanying the same increasing in the level of forgiving and vice versa. In other way, the conscious of future in exercise in their enjoyment with the high ability to open on others, convening it increase in the level of their forgiving upon others. On the light of the result. Which the researcher arrived at, he finished his research with set of suggestions and recommendations
