In order to achieve the research objective, the researcher presented the following hypotheses : There were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group studying the history of the Barman model and the average score of the students in the control group who were studying the same material in the traditional way in the achievement test. There were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group studying the history of the Barman model and the average score of the control group students who were studying the same material in the traditional way in the final - speaking skills scale. There were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students who study the date material in the Barman model in the initial and final speaking skills scale. There were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the average scores of the control group students who studied the date material in the Barman model in the initial and final speaking skills scale. The experimental group (experimental - control) was selected with a number of variables (age of time calculated in months - previous year scores (2015/2016 - IQ test scores - grades of tribal speaking skills). The researcher chose the General Directorate for the education of Baghdad Rusafa/3 deliberately to implement the research, as well as deliberately selected the researcher preparatory (Fadilah) to conduct the experiment and were selected students Bb - c) in a simple random to the fifth grade literary The students of Division B (experimental group) (34) The number of students in the (c) control group, who study the same subject in the traditional manner and the number of female students 34, after exclusion from the two groups of research (3) The article chapters (II, III, IV) From you The history of Europe and modern and contemporary America is scheduled to be taught for the academic year (2016 - 2017). The researcher studied the two research groups by herself during the first semester. To measure the level of student achievement, the researcher prepared a final achievement test consisting of (30) multi - choice types and was presented to a group of experts and arbitrators. The researcher investigated its difficulty, distinction, honesty and persistence. The researcher prepared a speech skills scale consisting of (30) paragraphs with three alternatives. It was presented to the experts and arbitrators to ascertain their difficulty and discrimination, and its validity and stability in the current research community. The results were statistically tested using t - test, two independent samples and two linked samples, Research results showed : 1 - The students of the experimental group who study the history of the Parman model over the control group students who study the same material in the traditional way in the collection test.2. The students of the experimental group studying the history of the Barman model over the control group students who study the same subject in the traditional method of the end - of - life skills scale.3 - There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the mean of the experimental group who study the date material in the Barman model between the grades of the initial and final scale and in favor of the final.4. There were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the mean control group who studied the same material between the initial and final grades of the speech skills scale. In light of the results concluded that the researcher a number of conclusions : 1. The use of the model Barman one of the models of structural theory increased the ability of students to answer many of the questions2.
