Abstract:
هدفت الدراسة الى اعداد استمارة مقياس الثقافة الادارية الرياضية ومعرفة مستوى الثقافة الادارية الرياضية لمدراء منتديات الشباب في بغداد، واعداد استمارة مقياس جودة اداء العاملين ومعرفة مستوى جودة اداء العاملين على وفق بعض معايير الجودة الشاملة في منتديات شباب بغداد، والتعرف على علاقة الثقافة الادارية الرياضية بجودة اداء العاملين على وفق بعض معايير الجودة الشاملة في منتديات شباب بغداد ، اذ تكمن مشكلة الدراسة بعد التشخيص الدقيق للظاهرتين المبحوثة في محاولة من الباحث للاجابة عن التساؤل : هل ترتبط الثقافة الادراية الرياضية لمدراء منتديات الشباب بجودة اداء العاملين على وفق بعض معايير الجودة الشاملة في منتديات شباب بغداد ؟ ، وانتهج الباحث منهج البحث الوصفي باسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية على عينة من العاملين المستمرين بالخدمة الوظيفية ضمن تشكيلات ثلاثة منتديات شباب في بغداد للعام (2018) البالغ عددهم (313) تم اختيارهم عمديا جميعا ليمثلوا عينة البحث بنسبة (100%) في المدة الزمنية الممتدة من 14/12/2017 ولغاية 4/4/ 2018 ، وبناء على متطلبات الدراسة واعداد اداتي القياس فيها تم تقسيمهم عشوائيا الى ثلاث عينات (الاسس والمعاملات العلمية ، والاستطلاعية ، والتطبيق) ، وبعد تحديد ادوات البحث العلمي ووسائله ، تم تحديد الظاهرتين المبحوثتين ، واختيار مقياسين لاعدادهما وتكييفهما ليكونا ملائمين للعينة المستهدفة ومناسبين لخصوصية الدراسة باتباع خطوات متسلسلة على وفق محددات القياس والتقويم في الادارة الرياضية لقبولهما بعد اجراء الاسس العلمية وتحليل فقراتهما ، ومن ثم تم تطبيق الدراسة المسحية على عينة التطبيق ، تمت معالجة النتائج احصائيا ببرنامج (SPSS) ، واستنتج الباحث ان مدراء منتديات الشباب في بغداد يحتاجون الى زيادة ثقافتهم الادارية الرياضية لادارة منتدياتهم ، وهم يمتكلون ثقافة المعتقدات التنظيمية الرياضية الادارية بمستوى افضل من باقي الثقافات الرياضية الادارية وهم بحاجة الى ثقافة القيم التنظيمية الرياضية الادارية ، وان الثقافة الادارية الرياضية لدى مدراء منتديات الشباب في بغداد متباينة حسب نوع هذه الثقافة باختلاف اراء العاملين فيها ، وان جودة اداء العاملين في منتديات الشباب في بغداد تحتاج الى ترصين على وفق بعض معايير الجودة الشاملة ، وان جودة اداء العاملين تتم وفق معيار اختيار ادوات تقويم دقيقة وهم بحاجة الى الحفاظ على معايير مهنية وفقا للجودة الشاملة ، وان جودة اداء العاملين في منتديات الشباب في بغداد متباينة حسب معايير الجودة الشاملة باختلاف اراء العاملين عن المؤشرات الخاصة بها ، ان الثقافة الادارية الرياضية لمدراء منتديات الشباب في بغداد ترتبط ايجابا بجودة اداء العاملين على وفق بعض معايير الجودة الشاملة ، واوصى الباحث بان من الضروري العمل على تثقيف مدراء منتديات الشباب في بغداد وزيادة وعيهم باهمية الثقافة الادارية الرياضية ، ومن الضروري العمل على تحسين اداء العاملين في المنتديات على وفق بعض معايير الجودة الشاملة المبحوثة في هذه الدراسة | The study aimed at the preparation of the scale of the administrative culture sports form the knowledge level of the administrative culture sports directors of youth forums in Baghdad, and the measure of the quality of the performance of the trainers form the athletes and workers performance quality level according to certain standards of quality in the forums of the youth of Baghdad, learn about the relationship of the management culture and sports and the quality of the performance of the workers according to some overall quality standards in youth forums Baghdad, lies the problem of the study after the accurate diagnosis of excessive discussed in an attempt by the researcher to answer the question : is linked to the administrative culture of the directors of the youth forums sports workers performance quality according to certain standards of quality in the forums of the youth of Baghdad?
