Abstract: Comprehensive automobile insurance is considered as an important branches in the portfolio of National Insurance Company in Iraq .Due to the continous accidents the company is endeavouring to this market.The company faces several obstacles and limitations in marketing the policies of this portfolio due to certain factors and influences beyond the control of the company and others internal mainly connected with the reduction of the marketing programmes of the company .The target of this study is to focus the light upon the interal factors which can be gorerned by the company,confronted and solved.The researcher made use of her experience in Planning and Marketing department at the National Insurance Co, from the available statistical and technical data of the company . and to be sure of her conclusions the researcher depended on a questionnaire distributed among a number of concerned persons .The study is comprised of five chapters .The first chapter treates the problem, suggestion and methodology of the study , beside discussing the previous studies treating similar problems . The second chapter consists of an introduction to the Insurance theoryand risk . The the third chapter treates the specific traits of chapter comprehencive Automobile Insurance marketing. The most essential is the fourth which treats the practical aspect of the research. The study concluded with practical recommendations to the National Insurance company,with aim to enhance it's filfullment marketing the Comperhensive Automobile Insurance policies among the diffirent segments of Iraqi society
