Abstract:
احتوت الرسالة على خمسة ابواب : - الباب الاول : التعريف بالبحث تطرق الباحث في هذا الباب الى المقدمة والاهمية حيث جاءت اهمية البحث في استخدام تمرينات البيلاتس ومعرفة تاثيرها على تطوير بعض القدرات الحركية (مرونة, رشاقة , توافق) وعلاقتها بانجاز فعالية 50 متر | The thesis includes five sections : Section One : includes the definition of the research The researcher tackled the introduction and importance. The importance of the study was in the use of Pilates exercises and knowing their effect in the development of some motor abilities (flexibility, Agility and consistency) and their relationship to the achievement of 50 meter freestyle swimming for the players of Iraqi national team in the age (13 - 14). The problem of study lies in the fact that the activity of 50 meter freestyle swimming is an activity that requires high physical and kinetic in order to arrive at the good achievement aiming at the development of this activity. The researcher used Pilates exercises for the development (flexibility, Agility and consistency). The objectives of the study are : ? Knowing the effect of Pilates exercises in the development of some of the motor abilities (flexibility, Agility and consistency) for the sample. ? Knowing the effect of correlation between the motor abilities the activity of 50 m freestyle swimming.For the hypotheses of the study : ? There are statistically significant differences between the pretest and posttest in some of the motor abilities. ? There is statistically significant differences between the and motor abilities the activity of 50 m freestyle swimming.The domains of the study includes : • Human domain : the players of the Iraqi national team of swimming (13 - 14) years age. • Place domain : Al - Shaab Olympic Enclosed Pool. • Time Domain : from 18/3/2014 to 15/6/2014.Section two : The similar theories The researcher tackled the most important theoretical studies like definition of the Pilates exercises and the principles of Pilates exercises and their benefits and the motor abilities (flexibility, Agility and consistency). Also, we tackled the activity of 50 m free swimming and technical performance. The Section also includes the similar studies. Section Three : The Methodology and Field procedures This section tackles the Methodology and Field procedures of the study. The experimental methodology was used because it suits to the nature of the study. The sample includes (11) swimmers of (13 - 14) years old of the Iraqi national team of swimming. It also includes the tools of the study the tests It includes the scientific basis of the testing in addition to the main experiment. Section Four : The Display and Analysis of ResultsThis section tackles in analysis the results and classifying them in group of tables. The arithmetical means were displayed as well as the standard deviation and t - test. For the motor abilities and the activity of 50 m freestyle swimming and (t) for the significance of correlation between the motor abilities and the activity of 50 m freestyle swimming.Section Five : Conclusion and RecommendationsIn this section the researcher comes up to the following findings : • The use of Pilates exercises in the training course was positive in the development of some the motor abilities.• Pilates exercises have developed the flexibility in higher degree than others. • The development of the motor abilities through Pilates exercises led to the development of achievement in the activity of 50 m freestyle swimming.• There is a strong correlation relationship between the activity of 50 m freestyle swimming and the motor abilities.The recommendations were the following : • The use of Pilates exercises as a system for developing physical fitness in all age and physique levels.• The use of Pilates exercises in developing the motor abilities.• Opening new horizons and making new researches to know the effect if Pilates exercises in physical features like muscular strength and endurance. Also, making other researches to know the activity of 50 m freestyle swimming like balance and accuracy.
