Abstract:
ان التطور الحاصل في المجال الرياضي هو نتيجة تظافر الجهود العلمية في الاختصاصات المختلفة ومنها علم البايوميكانيك وان استخدام الطرائق العلمية الحديثة كان له الاثر الواضح في تقدم الانجاز الرياضي في رفع الاثقال.1 - ورفعة الخطف تعتمد على الكثير من المتغيرات | The development in the field of sports comes from the science of sports training. Since modern approaches and techniques are being used, as a result the biomechanics has also been developed.Snatch depends on a lot of biomechanical variables which require research and study of modern scientific ways to diagnose these variables and identify weaknesses and defects. Then, they should be corrected and develop through training. By using video imaging and analysis platform, the analysis of the biomechanical variables has helped in controlling these variables. By this process, the mistakes of the failed attempts can be identified and corrected by using corrective exercises which leads in its return to high level of performance.This is why the study aimed to figure out corrective exercises for the route variables in snatch for young weightlifters of Rafidain team aged(16, 17). Identifying The impact of corrective exercises on the route variables of snatch and the performance. and the strength indicators on both sides of the body in the snatch for young weightlifters.The researcher has assumed that there is a significant effect of corrective exercises in snatch. The researcher has used the experimental method for suitability to the nature of research and problem - solving. The research sample was 5 weightlifters. It included the equipment and tools for reconnaissance and main experiences which included pre tests by extracting value (T) of the samples correlated. It has been identified the values of kinematic differences in snatch variables. In addition identifying the kinetic variables of the snatch steps and for both sides (right, left). Having done that, the researcher has identify the mistakes that were made by the research sample. Two six - week corrective exercises have been made, three units a week, resulting 18 training units. The unit takes 50 - 55 minutes long for corrective exercises. The researcher has used the video imaging, analysis platform and analyzing by (Kinovea) programme, to identify the biomechanical variables then the post tests have been made. The data have been dealt by the SPSS progamme. The conclusions 1. The corrective exercises that have been prepared according to kinetics analysis and strength indicator lead to develop the biomechanical variables.2. The exercises that are used according to the needs of the sample, the results of the biomechanical variables and strength indicator of the pre test lead to develop the performance in snatch for young weightlifters.The recommendations 1. Follow the modern and scientific ways in video imaging and analysis platform in the analysis process.2. Use the imaging instruments and force platform during the training units to save time and identify the mistakes early
