Abstract: The current research aims to find outA) The effect of instructional design according to the strategies of Reading Comprehension in the academic achievement of chemistry at the second grade average students.B) The effect of instructional design according to the strategies of reading comprehension in the motivation of reading at the second grade average students.To investigate, search targets were formulated hypotheses Elsafreeten following cases1) There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average students who are studying design educational strategies according to the Reading Comprehension and average students who are studying in the usual way in achievement test scores for chemistry degrees.2) There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average students who are studying design educational strategies according to the Reading Comprehension and average students who are studying in the usual way in the motivation of literacy scale degrees degrees.The sample of the research (62) students from the second grade average students were randomly assigned to two experimental and control group.It was a reward in the two variables : (chronological age - month period, the former test information, the rate of the previous year degrees in chemistry, IQ test, motivation reading scale), instructional design was applied according to the strategies of Reading Comprehension and over the entire school year.Prepared the research tools and is building an achievement test with two parts of Korsin semesters first and second on according to Bloom's Taxonomy, consisted of (50) items by (29.21) substantive paragraph of the check type of multi four alternatives, was the adoption of a measure of motivation literacy with six dimensions ( curiosity, identify, engage, compete, challenge, strategic use) were characteristics account Alsaiko metric test grades and the validity and reliability of the test and grades measure motivation literacy calculation and data were statistically treated using the statistical program SPSS, as well as the use of statistical methods (difficulty coefficient, the power of discrimination paragraph, the effectiveness of false alternatives, equations Cooder - Resthardson 20, Cronbach's alpha coefficient), results showed a statistically significant difference between studentsThe experimental group who studied according instructional design, which was prepared according to the strategies of Reading Comprehension and control group students who have studied as is the usual way in the collection of material chemistry and motivation of reading for the experimental group.In light of the findings it was reached that the use of instructional design in teaching chemistry to second grade average an effect is to raise the academic achievement level of literacy and motivation identified in the current study, and therefore the researcher recommends the instructional design in the teaching of chemistry adoption, and suggests further studies for various stages of their impact in academic achievement and motivation of Reading.
