Abstract:
يعتبر التحليل المالي للقوائم المالية المنشورة بمثابة الوسيلة التي تمكن رجال الاعمال والمؤسسات المالية والمحللون الماليون وغيرهم من عمل دراساتهم واستنتاجاتهم للحصول على المعلومات التي تساعدهم في عملية صنع القرار ومن بينها القرارات المتعلقة بالاسهم. لذلك فلقد سعى البحث الحالي الى اثبات اثر التحليل المالي للقوائم المصرفية في تحديد سعر سهم المصرف، للمدة من عام 2008 ولغاية عام 2012، لعينة من المصارف التجارية العراقية اختيرت باسلوب العينة العمدية وعلى اساس توفيرها للقوائم المالية الفصلية وذلك من خلال انتخاب مجموعة من المؤشرات التي توفرها القوائم المالية المصرفية وهي (نسبة الملكية ونسبة التداول وعائد العمليات المصرفية الى صافي الدخل وصافي الدخل الى حقوق الملكية وصافي التدفق النقدي) لقياس قدرة هذه المؤشرات في تحديد سعر سهم المصرف . واستند البحث الى فرضيتين رئيسيتين والتين تم اثباتهما باستخدام المنهج الكمي القياسي وهما : 1 . توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين التحليل المالي للقوائم المصرفية واسعار اسهم المصارف.2 . ان التحليل المالي للقوائم المالية المصرفية يؤثر في تحديد سعر سهم المصرف. وتوصل البحث الى بناء انموذج (FSA) للتنبؤ بسعر سهم المصرف بالاعتماد على البيانات المستقاة من القوائم المالية المصرفية ولقد تم اختبار الانموذج على البيانات المالية لمصرف الموصل للتنمية والاستثمار واثبيت قدرة على التنبؤ وصلت الى (71%) كمعدل خلال العامين 2010 و2011. اما اهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها البحث فهو ان سعر سهم المصرف مرتبط بعلاقة قوية مع التحليل المالي للقوائم المصرفية لكل من مصرف الشرق الاوسط العراقي للاستثمار حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط بينهما (0.95) ولمصرف الخليج التجاري (0.93)، كما ان التحليل المالي للقوائم المصرفية له اثر في تحديد سعر سهم المصرف لكل من مصرف الشرق الاوسط العراقي للاستثمار تحدد بنسبة (90%) ولمصرف الخليج التجاري تحدد بنسبة (86%) ونتيجة لذلك فقد كانت اهم توصيات البحث بضرورة اعتماد تحليل القوائم المصرفية كوسيلة لتقييم اسعار اسهم المصارف | Financial analysis for Financial statements is considered as a tool for businessman , Financial instate , Financial analysts and others to make their studies and subjecting to find out there information that help them in decision make process which include the decision related to stock. The target of this research is to prove the effect of financial banking statements in determination of banking stocks Prices, for the period 2008 - 2012, to a sample of Iraqi's trade banks which selected according to the Intentional sample choosing criteria and to its offering of the Quarterly financial banking statements. The research based on two main assumptions and it has been proved by using the quantitative methodology and they are : 1. There is a statistical relationship between financial analysis for the banking statements and the price of banking stocks.2. The financial analysis for the banking statements effect on determination price of banking stocks. And the research has reached the establishment for a model (FSA) to forecast banks stock prices. And the prototype has been examined on Mosul Bank for development & investment and it has been proved that the prediction of the bank stock approached the 71% as an average to both the years (2010 - 2011). One of The most important conclusions of the research is that the price of the bank stock is highly linked with financial banking statements for both of Iraqi Middle East investment bank where the correlation coefficient between them (0.95) and for Gulf Commercial bank (0.93), and the effect of financial statements analysis on determinations banking stock price in Iraqi Middle East investment bank and Golf Commercial bank (90%) and (86%) respectively therefore the main recommendation of the research is to use the analysis of banking statements as a tool to evaluate banking stocks prices.
