Abstract:
Psychological Measurement is a Modern Science DeveloJed.through the growth of Psychological field and the Statistical and Mathematical Sciences so that it became an Independent Science itself as it is called psychology measuring Science as it is dealt withMeasuring and analysis the Phenomena , behavior , mental , Psychological variables as per the principles of Mathematital Quantity by which we could identify each Component of it.Psychological Measurement Science including study Measuring , and analyzing the aspects of abnormal Psychological growth including mental Retardation , behavior and growth Confusion , behavior deviation the factors of the Criminal factors and negative behavior phenomena of the children and adolescents.Present study attempts building test System to study the Personality of the Juveniles referred to Personality research Office at Juvenile Courthouses in Iraq as a main objective for it , through Identifying the Importance and role of Personality research Officeat these Courthouses to Perform it is Required tasks to be achieved Concerning the even of deviation behaviors and Criminal pct specially these matters Concerning studying , Evaluating the growth aspects in the Psychological , Mental , Social aspects andthe factors of Emotional agitation and his legal awareness as per the contents of Iraqi Juveniles care code NO. 76of1982.The Importance of the present study coming from the role o Psychological Measurement in Measuring and analyzing the aspects from the Personality firstly , and the Importance of Personality research office at Juveniles Courthouses and how to activate its role secondly. the Importance of the Juveniles of deviated behavior or the Criminal Juvenile them , foil ow their growth and Promote them.Concerning caring Present study includes Procedurally and Theoretically Identification for its means such as ( the System , the Juvenile , Criminology , Juvenile Courthouse ) and Elongated citing Theoretically , Ideologically and Historically for its main variableswhich are the Psychological Measurement and Juvenile Criminology.This study , also , Includes reading for some previous studies oncerning building test systems for abnormal Juveniles.The Researcher build the Components of the Systems , its 1elds on a pattern of Judges , deputy attorney Generals , Judges , ocial Researchers , Jurisprudence Investigators , Educational ounselors , the seized Juveniles and University Professors total. 30 Persons. also , it is find the schometer Characteristics from ore than one type of truth and Distinguishing Evidence so that its 1nal figure became (178) items.The Researcher Submitted Questionnaire from for Socioriminal research includes a lot of Information an data oncerning the Personality of the Juvenile. as it is Characterized ith the Comprehension and Objectivity in Comparing with the urrent prevail from used by Personality research officer of uvenile Courthouse. The Researcher used also sued Statistical realized the main objective of the study such as Person Correlation Coefficient and Percentages.means which T - Test ard The Researcher Recommended at the Conclusion of the study with the ability of applying this system at Personality research officer of Juvenile Courthouse in Iraq and identifying the mental , ' Social and Psychological Situation of the Juvenile depending upon his Psychological response in addition to suggest the type of arrangement by which he was determined later in delight of •he report submitted by this bureau whereas he suggested the necessjty of finding Counseling , Social and Educational oriented Programs : achieved by media mean , Community Institutes regarding its works submitted for children and adolescents to suppress the factors and Phenomena of deviation and Criminology.
