Abstract:
من خلال عنوان الرسالة يتضح ان مضمونها يدور حول الاقوال المختارة والراجحة لدى الشيخ سعيد حوى(1409ه)، التي تضمنها تفسيره( الاساس في التفسير)، والتي توصل اليها عن طريق استدلاله بمجموعة من ادلة الترجيح المعتمدة عند جميع المفسرين في اقوالهم الراجحة، وكذلك عن طريق مجموعة من الفاظ الترجيح الصريحة وغير الصريحة، التي اوردها في عبارات تفسيره.وكانت دراستي لهذه الاختيارات والترجيحات، من خلال جمعهوادراستهوامناقشتها مع اختيارات وترجيحات العلماء والمفسرين ممن سبقه وتبعه، وفق قوة الدليل الي يستدل به المفسرون، ووفق القواعد الترجيحية التي اعتمدوها في تفاسيرهم، فمرة اتوافق مع الشيخ سعيد حوى فيما يذهب اليه في ترجيحه، ومرة اشكل عليه في ترجيحه، وفق ما يظهر لي من ادلة، فخلف الدليل اجد ضالتي، فتراني دائما الهث وراء الدليل الصحيح، للوصول الى ارجح الاقوال واقربها الى الصواب، مع الاهتمام بابراز القواعد التفسيرية والوجوه الترجيحية قدر الامكان. بطريقة علمية تبين للقارئ مراد الله في الاية - بقدر الطاقة البشرية - ، وتوفر عليه عناء البحث في امهات كتب التفاسير ليصل اليه معنى الاية بصورة موجزة مقننة تقوم على الادلة الصحيحة باذن الله تعالى.وخطتي في البحث تشتمل على مقدمة، وثلاث فصول، وخاتمة. • المقدمة : وتضمنت : اهداف البحث، اهمية الموضوع واسباب اختياره، وصعوبات البحث، وحدود الدراسة، واهم الدراسات السابقة حول الموضوع، والمنهج المتبع في كتابة البحث.• الفصل الاول (التمهيدي) : وتضمن هذا الفصل : ترجمة موجزة عن حياة المفسر الشيخ (سعيد حوى).واسم تفسيره وسبب تاليفه ومكانته العلمية ومنهجه فيه.• الفصل الثاني : وتضمن هذا الفصل : التعريف بالاختيار والترجيح والفرق بينهموافائدتهموامحل وقوعهما. وصيغ واساليب الترجيح التي استعملها الشيخ في اختياراته وترجيحاته . وادلة ووجوه الترجيح التي اعتمدها الشيخ في ترجيحاته.• الفصل الثالث : وتضمن هذا الفصل : اختيارات وترجيحات الشيخ سعيد حوى في تفسيره.• الخاتمة : عرضت فيها بعض الاستنتاجات وبعض التوصيات.ان دراسة موضوع الترجيحات والاختيارات في التفسير، وبيان الصحيح من الاقوال وتحديد الراجح منها هو السبيل الامثل لتنقية كتب التفسير من رديء الاقاويل، وضعيف الروايات، وشواذ المسائل، وهذه التنقية من اهم ما ينبغي ان يعتني به اهل العلم المتخصصون؛ حتى يقوموا بواجب النصح للمسلمين، بتعليمهم معاني كلام الله تعالى على الوجه الاكمل.ولله الحمد والمنه، وصلى الله على رسولنا محمد وعلى اله وصحبه وسلم. | Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the master of all creatures, our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions and those who followed them with charity until the Day of Judgment. This is a summary of the scientific thesis, to obtain the degree of doctorate in the science of the Koran and entitled : (Said Hawi's choices and his interpretations in his book " The Basis of Interpretation"). Researcher name : Rasool Taha Khalaf Ayed Al Obeidi.Supervised by : Dr. mahmood abd al - lattef Through the title of the letter it is clear that the content revolves around the words chosen and most likely by Sheikh Said Hawi (1409 e), which included his interpretation (the basis of interpretation), which he obtained by using a set of weighting guides adopted by all the interpreters in their statements, A set of explicit and unambiguous words of weight, which he cited in the terms of his interpretation. The study of these choices and aspirations, through the collection and study and discussion with the choices and the calamities of scientists and interpreters of the previous and followed, according to the strength of evidence to be interpreted by the interpreters, and according to the rules adopted in their interpretations, once I agree with Sheikh Saeed Hawi in what goes to him in the swing, I have always sought to follow the correct evidence, to reach the most accurate and the closest to the right, with the interest to highlight the rules of interpretation and faces as much as possible. In a scientific way, the reader shows Murad Allah in the verse - as much as human energy - , and provides him with the trouble to search the mothers of the books of interpretations to reach the meaning of the verse in a concise manner based on the correct evidence, God willing. My research plan includes an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. Introduction : The objectives of the research, the importance of the subject and the reasons for selection, and difficulties of research, and limits of study, and the most important previous studies on the subject, and the methodology used in writing the research. The first chapter (introductory) : This chapter includes : a brief translation of the life of the interpreter Sheikh (Said Hawi). The name of its interpretation and the reason for its composition, scientific status and methodology. Chapter II : This chapter includes : the definition of selection and weight, the difference between them and their usefulness and place of occurrence. And the formulas and methods of weighting used by the Sheikh in his choices and his apprehensions. And the evidence and weighting factors adopted by the Sheikh in his weight. Chapter III : This chapter included : choices and assumptions Sheikh Saeed Hawi in his interpretation. Conclusion : Some conclusions and some recommendations were presented. The study of the subject of weights and choices in interpretation, and the correct statement of the words and the most correct of them is the best way to purify the books of interpretation of the poor rumors, and weak stories, and issues of questions, and this purification is the most important to be cared for by the specialists of the specialists; so they do the duty of advice to Muslims, By teaching them the meanings of the word of God in the fullest way.
