Hence came the importance of research to find out after you repeat electricians to stimulate some working muscles in the maximum power and Elkinmetekih variables of weight and achievement in weightlifting for advanced powerlifters.The problem : Through a field researcher with experience players weightlifting believed that an electrical stimulation has received great attention. Also summarized the research problem answering the question form that we use electrical stimulation training method Petrddan (75 - 100) Hz leads to influence the maximum power and motor track of weight and achievement of the lifters applicants?And the most important objectives of the research : 1 - Design electrical stimulation device.2 - only after physical training and physical training with electrical stimulation frequency (75) Hz, and physical training with electrical stimulation frequency (100) Hz at maximum power and some variables motor track of the weight of the achievement of the applicants in weightlifting.The most imposing is : 1. The presence of women with significant differences between pre and post tests in the use of three training methods (style physical training, physical training method with electrical stimulation frequency (75) Hz and physical training method with electrical stimulation frequency (100) Hz). And in the interest of the post test at maximum power and achievement and some kinetic path variables in weightlifting.The areas of research are : 1 - the human sphere : the players lifting weights applicants (Club Khurnq, solidarity and Najaf) in the province of Najaf supervision.3 - spatial domain : the Khurnq Club Hall of weight lifting in the province of Najaf.The second chapter has included theoretical studies and previous studiesChapter II included theoretical studies and previous studies.1 - electrical stimulation (concept - its uses - the basis of his training) 2 - muscle strength (importance - types) 3 - Max power (maximum power development) 4 - some muscles working 5 - the snatch and jerk and the elevation and its parts.As previous studies is the study Bushra Kazem 2005.Chapter III : The research methodology consisted of field and procedures : The researcher used the experimental method style totals equal to suitability of the research problem and included a sample of the research and the number (18) players were randomly selected from the community chosen intentional conduct homogeneity and parity to them and divided into three groups, each group consisted of (6) power lifters, also included means and devices and instruments used tests and measurements and questionnaires and designing electrical stimulation device by the researcher and experiences and the main search experience which included tests of tribal and training curriculum after posteriori tests and statistical methods.Chapter Four : Results and analysis and debate Ensures viewing the results and analysis and discussion of the totals for the three research where the researcher displays the results in tabular form numbered (9) tables and the presentation and analysis of all the table from these tables. Were discussing the results for each test from the test maximum power (of the arms and torso and legs) and achievement and variables. and in doing so has been reached to achieve the objectives of the research and verification of the hypothesis.Chapter V : Conclusions and recommendations con concluded researcher1. The device, which was designed by an influential researcher in the development of the relative strength of the electric muscle stimulation.2. Three training methods has had a positive impact in the development of the relative strength and achievement, and some indicators track motor performance in the snatch and lift the chest department.3. Achieved the second experimental group used the style of training frequency electrical stimulation (100) Hz first members of the experimental group and the control group in tests of relative strength (of the arms, torso and legs) and achievement and some kinetic path variables.4. The training style electrical stimulation frequency (100) Hz is the best in the development of prescription relative strength of the muscles compared style electrical stimulation frequency (75) Hz.Recommendations : - 1. Emphasis on the use of electrical stimulation with the training curriculum as a means to develop the maximum power or any other recipe.2. Emphasis on the coaches of the need to use electrical stimulation with the training curriculum for the development of achievement to snatsh and lift the chest department.3. Use intensity (100) Hz to develop maximum power.4. The need to conduct research and similar studies on other age groups.
