Abstract:
الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو تحليل اسباب الازمات المصرفية والتي غالبا ما تكون اسباب اقتصادية ومالية مع التركيز على مجموعة مختارة من دول جنوب شرق اسيواالتي تعرضت الى ازمة مصرفية عام 1997 وهي البلدان المعنية بالازمة (التي عانت من الازمة) ، وكذلك توضيح الاثار النقدية للازمات المصرفية لهذه البلدان والمتغيرات التي تلعب دورا كبيرا في تعميق هذه الىثار بالاضافة الى استجابات السياسة النقدية لهذه الاثار. قد استندت الدراسة الى الفرضية التالية : ان اختلال هيكل النظام المصرفي لدول جنوب شرق اسيواالسمات المؤسسية المرتبطة به تلعب دورا بالغا في تعميق الاثار النقدية للازمة المصرفية. من اجل تحليل الاثار النقدية للازمات المصرفية ودورها في توجهات السياسة النقدية لدول جنوب شرق اسيا خلال فترة تسعينات القرن الماضي، فقد قام الباحث بتقسيم الدراسة الى خمسة فصول | The principle objective of this study is to analyses the cause of banking crisis which is often being financial and economic cause with concentrated on selective south eastern Asian countries that related with such to type of crisis (1997 - 1998). This study also focus on the monetary effects of the banking crisis and the change which play significant role in deepen the crisis in addition to the response of monetary policy of this effects .The study based on the following hypothesis : The effect of banking structure in south eastern Asian countries and the institutional characteristics related with it play significant role in deepen the monetary banking effect crisis .The researcher divided his study into 5 chapters according to the monetary banking effects of the crisis and its role in orientation. policy in south eastern Asian countries during last nineteenth decade. Finely the study finished with many conclusion and recommendations
