Abstract:
The working class is the slide in the broader community and is the main pillar upon which all countries of the world in all Economic sectors and development is the basis for progress and development in all fields. The difference in employment between the provinces as well as the disparity in services led to the disparity in the size of labor between provinces that's why I'm interested in this research study this phenomenon Mstaan statistical analysis (use of linear regression multi), to determine the factors that affect the size of the labor for the three provinces of Iraq and any provinces over the size of the labor on the level of Iraq, according to results of the survey of employment in 1987, to the year 2001, and the data that have been obtained from the concerned ministries official (health, education, agriculture, electricity), and study the impact of the factors of health, education, agriculture and services (electricity and water) on a volume of employment. The researcher found that there are some factors have an impact extrusive (positive) in some provinces as the number of schools in the province of Nineveh, unlike others with the opposite effect as the number of faculty members in the province of Basra, for the lack of Quotient in the number of schools in that province.
