efficacy for teachers among school secondary in Baghdad province In spite of the importance of educational institutions of different function and types and sizes, especially the schools, they facing a lot of issues and problems that require leadership and teachers need to think in providing mutual trust adequate to pay for the educational process method to a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness, and this can't be achieved unless the efforts of creative director of the teacher and the student and the student's parent, since the absence of such confidence may prevent enable faculty members at all levels to show what their capabilities and competencies and optimal utilization, which in turn may reflect negatively on their performance.Since our schools in general suffer from the negative not to attend some parents to follow their children, and leave the full responsibility of the school management and it's teams of teaching, and the fact that these parents don't fell the danger caused by their passivity only after damage affecting children, whether deviations behavioral or sediment frequently and in the end always fingers pointing to teachers not to their efficiency in the explain of the scientific material to the students properly and not take care of the school administration for students, forgetting their important role in the education and care and to communicate with the education institution order to protect society and despite the fact that the educational system in Iraq has witnessed a sophisticated and clear included all aspect of all educational process of the development of curricula and methods of evaluation, but the educational system output is still below the required, and perhaps the reason behinds this is due to inadequate attention to teachers, which reflected negatively on the performance of teachers and impeding the desired process of reform, and perhaps what is witnessing the education sector of violence and attacks repeated on weather teachers or students from their parents clearly refer to the loss of confluence between the different parties ( teachers, students and parents of students ) and accordingly, the achievement of a high degree of quality, efficiency and raise the performance and efficiency of self - teachers level depends to a large extent on the provision of organization mutual trust occasion with high degrees of belonging and humanism, and focus on production, and to be a degree of confidence and high affinity.The study aimed to find out : - 1 - knowledge of trust organization of secondary teachers in the province Baghdad.2 - knowledge of self - efficiency of secondary teachers in the province Baghdad.3 - knowledge of differences in trust organization according to gender ( male and female )4 - knowledge of the differences in self - efficacy according to gender ( male and female )5 - find a correlation between trust organization and self - efficacy of secondary teachers in the province of Baghdad.This research for secondary schools in the province of Baghdad has been identified, raising the rusafa first and second and third and the directorate of karkh first, second and third directorate, for the academic year 2014 - 2015The researcher reviewed a number of theories which deal with variables of rhe research, and achieve the objectives of the research, the research to adopt a measure ( Hoy and Tsehannen Moran ) forigenscal to measure organizational trust, which will be in it is final form ( 63 ) paragraph after that, the researcher translated into Arabic language and extract validity of translator has added his researcher some paragraphs to make it comfortable to the Iraqi environment, as the researcher to adopt a measure of ( ali ) for self - efficacy, which it is in a final form ( 49 ) items, which relied on social learning theory for ( Bandora ), this has been achieved for the two measures discriminatory power discriminatory and structural and facvaliclity, and consistency in two ways method alpha croon Bach way, Reliability methods.The application of the two scales were applied to the final sample ( 400 ) and a school teacher.After the use of appropriate statistical methods to research results indicated the following : - 1 - There are trust organization among a sample of research in the Baghdad province.2 - There are self - efficacy among a sample of research in the Baghdad province 3 - There are no differences between the gender ( male and female ) in organizational trust among a sample of research in the province of Baghdad.4 - There are no difference between the gender ( male and female) in self - efficacy among a sample of research in the province of Baghdad.5 - There is a positive correlation between the self - efficacy and trust organization among a sample ( male and female ).
