Abstract:
يعد الخطاب محور للدراسات الحديثة التي اضطلعت بدراسة الخطابات المؤثرة في المجتمع. والخطاب السياسي هو احد هذه الخطابات التي نالت اهتمام الدارسين ويعزى ذلك الى ارتباطه الشديد بالمجتمع عبر صور التفاعل بيت افراده الذين يعمدون الى التعبير عن انفسهم بواسطة اللغة بوصفها وسيلة اتصال فيما بينهم. تهدف الدراسة الحالية ”تحليل الخطاب السياسي٬ دراسة تواصلية حجاجية“ الى تقديم وصف صريح ومنظم لخطاب السلطة بوصفه خطابا واسع الانتشار فضلا عن التعرف على مكونات الخطاب الداخلية ومضامينه ومقاصده. تقوم دراسة الخطاب السياسي على نظرية تحليل الخطاب التي تركز على دراسة البنية الداخلية للخطاب٬ اي على المستوى التركيبي والدلالي علاوة على اهتمام هذه الدراسة بالمرجعيات الخارجية المساعدة على تشكيل الخطاب السياسي والمتمثلة في السياق الخارجي : الموقف٬ والزمان والمكان٬ والمشاركون في الحدث٬ وموضوع الخطاب٬ والمقصد منه٬ والاثر الاجتماعي والسياسي وجميع المؤثرات التي تؤلف البينة الداخلية في دلالة الخطاب وتسهم في عملية التواصل. تقع الدراسة في اربعة فصول : يعد الفصل الاول مدخلا عاما الى نظرية تحليل الخطاب والى العلاقة الناشئة بينها وبين علوم اللغة. ويتناول الفصل الثاني دراسة نظرية القول وتبيان مفهوم ذاتية المتحدث (السياسي) في الخطاب. ويسلط الفصل الثالث الضوء على شرح مفهوم الخطاب وتركيبته ووسائله الاقناعية على وفق نظرية الاقناع. ويتضمن الفصل الرابع ابرز المفاهيم التداولية كنظرية افعال الكلام ودراسة متضمنات القول في الخطاب. وبمقدور القارئ ان يستنتج من هذه الدراسة ان الخطاب السياسي يمكن تحليله ضمن نظرية تحليل الخطاب التي تعود الى ستينيات القرن الماضي٬ وان الخطاب السياسي هو بالاساس ذا مقصد اقناعي٬ قصدي٬ يلجا اليه السياسي بهدف تحقيق مايصبو اليه. | The discourse is the centre of interest of the modern studies which influence the society. The political discourse is one of those speeches which have attracted the attention of scholars due to the interaction of the its members who do all their best to express themselves through the language which is the essential means of communications. The present study aims at the “analysis of political discourse”. As a communication study, it presents an explicit and organized description of the discourse of authority because this type of discourse is widespread. Moreover, it gives an analysis of the discourse, its internal contents, its purposes and also its implications. The study is based on the theory of discourse analysis which focuses on the study of the internal structure of the speech. This will be on the structural and semantic levels as well as all the factors which help shape the political discourse represented by the external context : position, time and place, and participats in the event, and the subject of the speech, and destination of it, and the impact of social, political, and all the influences that make interior sign which contributes in the process of communication. The study is divided into four chapters : The first chapter is a general introduction to the theory of discourse analysis and its relationship with linguistics. The second chapter represents a theoretical study of speech and demonstrates the concept of the subjectivity of the spokesman (political) in the speech. As for the third chapter, it throws light on the explanation of the concept of the discourse, its structure and its means of satisfaction according to the related theory. Chapter IV contains the most prominent concepts of pragmatics as the theory of speech acts and the study of the implications of the speech.
