Abstract:
تجلت اهمية البحث والحاجة اليه من خلال اعداد منهج تعليمي لتطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم للاعبين الناشئين ولذلك استخدام اسلوبي المنظمات التمهيدية والتلقين في تعلم المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم من اجل المساهمة الفعالة في الارتقاء بمستوى الاداء المهاري لللاعبين الناشئين . وتكمن مشكلة البحث في وجود ضعف في المهارات الاساسية عند اللاعبين الناشئين بسبب اتباعهم لاساليب تقليدية في تطوير المهارات الاساسية ومن اجل التغلب على الصعوبات التي تواجه المتعلم عند تعلمه لاداء المهارات الاساسية وصولا الى الاداء الصحيح ,حيث ان الاسلوب الامثل هو الذي يحقق النتائج المطلوبة في تحقيق اهداف التعلم وبما يتناسب مع المرحلة العمرية. اما اهداف البحث فهي : 1 - التعرف على تاثير اسلوبي المنظمات التمهيدية والتلقين في تطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم للاعبين الناشئين. 3 - التعرف على افضلية اي الاسلوبين (المنظمات التمهيدية والتلقين) في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم للاعبين الناشئين. وكانت فروض البحث كالتالي : 1 - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارات القبلية والوسطية والبعدية لاسلوبي (المنظمات التمهيدية والتلقين) ولصالح الاختبارات البعدية .2 - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارين البعديين لبعض المهارات الاساسية للمجموعتين (اسلوب المنظمات التمهيدية واسلوب التلقين) ولصالح المجموعة التي تستخدم اسلوب المنظمات التمهيدية . وتطرق الباحث الى الدراسات النظرية والدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بموضوع البحث من خلال المراجع العربية والاجنبية المتوافرة التي تحددت بمجال التعلم الحركي والمهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم للناشئين واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته طبيعة بحثه, وقد اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية التي شملت (20) عشرين لاعبا وتم استخدام منهجا التعلم المقترحين للمجموعتين وتنفيذ التجربة الرئيسة والمعالجات الاحصائية . اما اهم الاستنتاجات فكانت : 1 - ان اسلوب المنظمات التمهيدية ذو تاثير ايجابي وفعال في تطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم للناشئين عند المقارنة بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي . 2 - ان اسلوب التلقين ذو تاثير ايجابي وفعال في تطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم للناشئين عند المقارنة بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي . 3 - تفوق اسلوب المنظمات التمهيدية على اسلوب التلقين في الاختبار البعدي في تطوير مهارتي المناولة والدحرجة بكرة القدم للناشئين .. اما اهم التوصيات فهي : 1 - ضرورة الاخذ باسلوب المنظمات التمهيدية لما له من تاثير كبير في تطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم .2 - ضرورة وضع اهداف للالعاب التمهيدية المستخدمة لمنظم او مقدم تمهيدي وهذا مرتبط مع اهداف الوحدة التعليمية ومحتواها. | It demonstrated the importance of research and the need for him through the preparation of an educational curriculum to develop some basic skills of football players rookies therefore use my style primaries organizations and indoctrination in learning the basic skills of football in order to contribute effectively to raise the level of performance skills of young players. The lie of the research problem in the presence of weakness in basic skills when youngsters because their followers conventional methods in the development of basic skills and in order to overcome the difficulties faced by the learner when he learned to perform basic skills down to proper performance, as the best method is to achieve the desired results in achieving the objectives learning and commensurate with age. : The research objectives are 1 - identify the impact of stylistic primaries organizations and indoctrination in the development of some of the basic skills of football players juniors. 2 - identify any preference methods (introductory organizations and indoctrination) to learn some basic skills of football players juniors. : The research hypotheses are as follows1 - There are significant differences between the tribal tests and moderation and a posteriori the stylistic (introductory organizations and indoctrination) and in favor of a posttest. 2 - There were statistically significant differences between the two tests posttest to some of the basic skills of the two groups (introductory organizations style and method of indoctrination) and in favor of the group that used style primaries organizations. Turning researcher to theory and previous studies studies related to the search topic by Arab and foreign references available identified in the field of motor learning and skills fundamental to football for juniors. The researcher used the experimental method to the nature of the appropriateness of his research, and the research sample was )selected deliberate way which included twenty 20 players have been( learning to use a method proposed for the two groups and the implementation of major statistical experience and processors. : The main conclusions were1 - The preliminary approach organizations with a positive and effective impact on the development of some of the basic skills of football junior when comparing pre and posttests. 2 - The method of memorization is a positive and effective impact on the development of some of the basic skills of football junior when comparing pre and posttests. 3 - outweigh style primaries organizations on the method of memorization in posttest develop my skills in handling and rolling football for juniors. The main recommendations are : 1 - the need for a preliminary manner organizations because of its significant impact in the development of some of the basic skills of football. 2 - The need to develop the objectives of the preliminary games used to a structured or Pre - provider and is connected with the module and content goals.
