Abstract:
تعد مشتقات ( البنزلدين يوريا المعوض وثنائي البنزمايد المعوض ) من المشتقات المهمة من الناحية البايولوجية والصناعية لذلك تم التوسع في الدراسات التخليقية لمشتقاتها فقد تضمن هذا البحث تحضيرمجموعتين من المشتقات : المجموعة الاولى : 1 - تحضير وتشخيص تسعة مركبات من قواعد شف من تفاعل الالديهايدات والكيتونات المعوضة مع اليوريا .2 - تحضير وتشخيص سبعة وعشرين مشتق جديد لمركبات (البيتالاكتام والثايولاكتام والتترازول والترايزول والاوكسازبين والثايوزولدين ) والتي حضرت من تفاعل 1 - ن المعوض بنزلدين يوريا مع مختلف الكواشف لتعطي المركبات المطلوبة .المجموعة الثانية : تحضير وتشخيص ثمانية مشتقات جديدة لمركبN,N - Carbonyl - bis N - Substituted benzamide. من تفاعل الحامض الاروماتي المعوض مع كلوريد الثايونيل ليعطينا كلوريد الحامض المقابل والاخير يتفاعل مع اليويا بنسبة (2 : 1) على التوالي ليعطينا البس امايد المقابل والاخير يتفاعل مع كلورو اسيتايل كلورايد وتراي اثيل امين ليعطينا مركب ذو وزن جزئي عالي يسمى البس اللاكتام بينما تفاعل الامايد مع ازيد الصوديوم ينتج ثنائي ا لبس التترازول . وقد تم تشخيصها بوساطة اطياف الاشعة تحت الحمراء والاشعة فوق البنفسجية وطيف الرنين النووي المغناطيسي وتقنية كروموتغرافيا الطبقة الرقيقة وكذلك تحديد بعض خواصها الفيزيائية مثل اللون ودرجة الانصهار . | The Substituted benzylidine urea, Substituted Carbonyl bis benzamide and its derivatives are an important class of compounds, as they are present in a large family of products with broad biological and industrial activities. This fact leads us to synthesis two sets of derivatives.Set one : 1 - A preparation and characterization nine compounds of Schiff bases which synthesis from substituted aldehydes and ketones with urea 2 - A preparation of twenty seven new derivatives of the compound (β - lactam, thiolactam,tetrazole,triazole,oxazepine and thiozolidine compounds which prepared from 1 - (N - Substituted benzyldiene) - urea with different reagents to give the desired products Set two : A synthesis of bis lactams and bis tetrazoles starting from the reaction of substituted aromatic acid with thionyl chloride to get acid chloride and then the interaction with urea ratio (2 : 1) respectively gave bis amide .The last interacts with chloroacetyl chlorid and trimethylamines gave compounds of bis β - lactam ,while the reaction of amides with sodium azide gave abis tetrazolesThe synthesized compounds have been characterized by some spectral analysis such as (FT - IR), (U.V), and (1H - NMR) and the determination of their physical properties such as melting points, T.L.C and color.
