Abstract:
This thesis is entitled " quotation and implementation in Nahjul Balaga" The holy Quran Hadieth , the old Arabic poetry and proverbs are considered as a source for the writers and poets along the time. And "Nahjul Balaga " is one of them. It is considered as the most important example in making use of such sources , because the huge amount of quotations and implementations it contains.The quotations and implementations are used in " Nahjul Balaga " in two different ways ; direct and indirect ways. It is easy to understand the first one but it is difficult to attribute the second one.The way of the quotation and the implementation , Al Emam uses , shows his great ability in memorizing and the good handling of analyzing the texts.The thesis is divided into two parts : The first is entitled as " The quotation in Nahjul Balaga " and the second is " implementation in Nahjul Balaga ". Each one has three chapters The first chapter is allotted to show the kinds of both the quotations and mplementations. The second chapters sheds lights on their functions. The third one deals with the characteristics of each kind.All this is done after an introduction about the linguistic and idiomatic meanings of the quotation and the implementation and the relationship between them and the modern theory of the text. At the end the researchers conclude the important findings andthere is also a bibliography for the books and journals adopted in this study It is a simple attempt to serve our Arabic tradition and to be one of those who tried to do so.At the end I have to thank all those who read , correct , comment and translate the work.
