ان عمليات الاعداد البدني والفسيولوجي لفعالية عدو 400 متر يجب ان تسعى من خلال برامج التدريب الى تنمية التحمل باسلوب تدريبات تحمل اللاكتيك وذلك لاداء وتحمل الجهد اثناء السباق وزيادة كفاءة العضلات في تحمل حامض اللاكتيك مما يساعد في تاخير ظهور التعب والحفاض ع | 1 - The effect of bearing training in special Carry on (bearing speed - bearing strength - bearing performance.2 - The effect of the training load for the anaerobic threshold distinguishing the changes (lactic acid in the blood - Hemoglobin - the pulmonary ventilation - The pulse rate - Vo2 max )3 - The effect of bearing training on the anaerobic threshold to achieve running in 400 meters.Assignments of Research : 1 - The bearing training on the anaerobic threshold effects in special Carry on 2 - The bearing training on the anaerobic threshold effects in physiological changes. 3 - The bearing training on the anaerobic threshold effects on the achievement.The Researcher used the training curriculum that design equal groups and he identified a group of athletes who young team for Wassit Province in athletics and taking a sample of them with estimated at (12) athletic runner and then determine the physical tests and physiological changes to 400meter running , these tests under the supervision of Messrs experts and specialists and the items the training curriculum for training the anaerobic threshold into two groups the first concerned with the level of efficiency and exercises less, the second concerned with the level of effective exercises and more in your stamina and some physiological variables and achievement , in addition to , The sample was divided into two experimental and has been testing the two groups and to identify the results and extract the homogeneity and equal for both groups and then proceeded researcher in the application of the training curriculum, which applied to 8 weeks by 3 training modules took a week to reach the total training modules 24 and a training unit within the threshold distinguishing training anaerobic tolerances private. It was physiological variables measuring effort before and after the enemy 400 meters.Researcher ConclusionThe conclusion included : 1 - There was an effect during the training for the anaerobic threshold in improve and develop the physiological changes. (under study )and achievement.2 - There was an effect in training for the anaerobic threshold in exercises less than activity level and better than exercises in a level to improve and develop the physiological changes. (under study )and achievement.3 - Appearing differences between the two groups displayed on the search at the post - test variables (pulse rate - Concentration - lactic acid in the blood - and the amount of oxygen and blood Hemoglobin - and vital capacity after achievement the effort and the running of 400 meters for the first experimental group.4 - Appearing random differences between pretest and posttest for changing blood Hemoglobin.5 - Appearing positive relationship between pulse rate and level of lactic acid in the blood The maximum consumption of oxygen and vital capacity of blood Hemoglobin the effort after.6 - Led training anaerobic threshold distinguishing that used by the first experimental group is better than in results the threshold distinguishing anaerobic exercises used by the second experimental group in some of the variables of the study and achievement running 400 meters
