Abstract:
انبثقت الوجودية من الواقع الانساني وحياته الماساوية التي يعيشها بعد حروب وصراعات وفوضى ودمار وخراب في المجتمعات الغربية ولاسيما اوروبا , حيث اصبح الانسان يعيش حالات من قلق وخوف ورعب بسبب الازمات التي مرت بها تلك المجتمعات , فضلا عما يجتاح الانسان من ا | The existentialism has been ensued from the human reality and deteriorated miserable life definitely after wars , struggles , chaos , destruction and sabotages in the western societies especially Europe. The human under such down - to - earth circumstances lives in worry, fear and awe owing to crises these societies passed through; besides, the human beings have been swept by self - narrowness and life - disdain that would be ended with inevitable death. The existentialism has interacted with these conditions and situations as to fulfill freedom of a human; the existentialism became prevailing over in the societies ,definitely in Europe and western world and even in Arab Home Land where we find it very effective and interactive in its arts ,literatures and its philosophers including (Abdul Rahman Badawi) who declares his existentialism , while he was proud of that. The existentialist thought embodied in disdaining the existentialism completely and nothingness of human, besides ,worry embedded deeply into the selfness begets fears and absolute freedoms for human - self as well. Owing to what have been mentioned above , it has been appeared triviality and rejection all laws and holies that rule the human and confirming segregation ensued from Alienation and self - separation where human lives. Thus the research sets off as to search for the necessity of digging deeply into effects implanted by existentialism unto plastic modernized architected productions. The present paper includes four chapters , the chapter one includes general frame of research and that includes problem of research to know causes and motifs that being relied on the existentialist thought and after that , accomplishing existentialist sculptured works concerning with the disdain of existentialism , nothingness and worry in addition to the freedom selection, alienation and segregation in a modernized period. Then it comes the importance and goal of research owing to rarity of studies and scientific researches about existentialism into sculpturing modernism and trying unfold intellectual concerns along with its method conversion effecting hugely on the modernized artistic movement ,especially the sculpture. The chapter one ends with specifying some terms concerning with the title of the thesis. The chapter two incudes theoretic framework for the research , it includes four parts , the 1st part comes under the title (( Phenomenology thought) AND ITS ( Existentialist Thought) , it means searching for references of existentialist thought inn the ancient philosophy, then going to conception of outward appearance since its first establishment for knowing bases of this controversial term. After that uncovering the existentialist thought concern and its methodology quoted from outward appearance. The 2nd part includes the existentialist thought ( institutions )by knowing the prominent philosophers who have been considered as founders for this thought. Then moving to the bases as to achieve its goals and such bases are ( nothingness , worry, freedom ,selection and alienation). The 3rd part includes intellectual and technical reflection of existentialism into forming modernism; this part deals with the modernized movement passing through plastic works expressing about the existentialist thought via bases the existentialism depends upon. The chapter two ends with the four parts including ( style conversion into forming the modernism concerned with existentialism). This part deals with the method and artistic conversions occurred within the artists of modernized period by analyzing most prominent works concerning with the existentialism. The chapter third represents procedures of research including analyzing descriptive method and research sample consisting of 20 modernized sculptured works arranged chronically , then tools of analysis the researcher has depended on are as follows : 1. When the modernized sculptured text expresses about the human's internal life starting from his body to small parts ;the text is consistent to the existentialist thought. 2. When nothingness and sensing the inevitable end ( death) in any text ,that means this text is existentialist thought.3. Alienation and segregation calls depended on by the text means merely transparent calls of existentialism declaring alienation.Then ,the research has got data and accurate and correct information from books , magazines and artistic works. The research has moved to analyze the samples by describing them superficially and analyzing them existentially based on results of existentialist thought in sculptured text selected by the researcher accurately. The chapter four includes results of the research and they are very expressive about the goals of the research : 1. Existentialist intertextuakity centered the modernized sculpture represented into the human body in respect to its individuality generally and its deteriorated existentialism specifically. 2. The creative results of existentialist have been described as to be liberated from( what is holy and subject to law); the creative existentialist text is considered a liberated text depending on the always - rejection method and being liberated from all shackles.3. Cry gestures into face ensued from human selfness are no more than a vision declaring existentialism between the sculpture and thought. Then, the research moves to a set of conclusions : 1. The existentialism is a human philosophy since it is basically depended on individuality of human along with his sense of his pains and self - deterioration. Thus it is focused on selfness of human as an individual to perform and form a meaning for his life. 2. The existentialism with modernism sculpture together with its existentialist analyses has been considered as an important factor into works of modernized periods via aspects represented in existentialist bases. By end , the researcher has submitted a set of recommendations and suggestions ; he has presented supplement including a set of artists together with their artistic biography as getting scientific and academic benefit for the students and researchers in future, then a list of references and abstract in English.
