Abstract:
Surely praise is due to Allah , we thank him , ask him for help and forgiveness . We ask him to protect us from ourselves evils and from our bad actions . Who Allah guides him is the rightly guided one , and who loses his way , there is no guide for him . I witness that there is no God but Allah , He has no association , and I witness that Muhammad is his serf and prophet .and yet ;The Holy Koran is the book of Allah that came down on the heart of Muhammad ( Allah blessing and peace be on him ) . Falsehood shall not come from ahead nor from behind it . Who walks on his light will be saved , and who turns aside it will be perished .Our religion men knew this truth about the Holy Koran , therefore they care for it so much , and they tried to discover its secrets and meanings , and show its terms for people . One of these religious men is the judge ( Abo - Bakir Bin Al - Arabi ) who lived between years ( 468 a.h. - 543 a.h. ) .The centre of my research was " Ahkam Al - Koran " by Abo - Bakir Al - Arabi . I named it (Judge Ibn Al - Arabi Al - Maliki's choices of almsgiving's doctrine under the light of his book " Ahkam Al - Koran " ) .My choosing this subject was because I found that judge Ibn Al - Arabi had devoted himself and his life for learning , teaching and authorship . Also because Al - Zakat is one of the main basis of our religion and my severe love to the Islamic doctrine (Fiqh ) since I was a student in secondary stage .After reading this book deliberately , I discovered from it some propositions that have a relation with the subject of Al - Zakat . I divided it into introduction , four chapters and conclusion .First Chapter : I specified it to give a definition of judge Ibn Al - Arabi , and it contains three sections : Section one : His personal life : A - His name and relationship .B - His birth .C - His early life .Section two : His scientific life .A - His request to science .B - His teachers .C - His students .D - His scientific debates .E - His appointing to the judiciary .F - His establishments .G - His scientific standing and scientists' praise to him .Section three : I discussed his method in his book and his choices .Second chapter : I dealt with the cases that Zakat have to be paid . I divided it into three section : Section one : Concerning Zakat of plants and fruits . It contains eight propositions .Section two : Concerning Zakat of gold and silver . It contains two propositions .Section three : Concerning Zakat of cattle . It contains one proposition .Third chapter : I dealt with the judgments that are concerned with spending Zakat . This chapter is also divided into three sections : Section one : It consist of five propositions .Section two : It consist of five propositions .Section three : It consist of four propositions .Fourth chapter : I dealt with some other propositions concerning Zakat . It is divided into two sections .Section one : It consists of five propositions .Section two : Judgments of spending Zakat on Muhammad's ( Allah blessing and peace be on him ) relatives .In the conclusion I discussed the main effects that I reached to during writing this research
