Abstract:
يتميز عصرنا الحاضر بانه عصر الثورة العلمية والتكنولوجية، والانفتاح العلمي الذي خلق تحديات عديدة تمثلت بالانفجار المعرفي والسكاني والتكنولوجي والتغيير السريع الذي طرا على جميع مجالات الحياة، ومن بينها المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية في اتباعها سبل جديدة واسال | Our current age distinguishes that it is technology, scientific upheaval, and scientific renaissance that created many challenges were represented by technology, population, lore emerging and fast changes that happened for all the fields of life; out of, the educational and cultivated institutions to take new methods and suitable ways for our progress age and developing in technical and scientific developing in operation of Education and Training, upon Iraqi educational environment suite with the fast developing in the world.Here, the significance of interesting, has been emerged for the components of educational operation that represent educational methods as an important part to describe it as effected methods has an active role to make the correct educational methods, but the educational methods at the most of our educational institutions, especially the primary schools, used to take the concept and obvious style has been moved from time to time and, from generation to another, far of devising and renewing, even a lot of pupils are escaping from learning because of boring, stagnation, tedious that dominate on those methods, in addition, the developed countries (states) have preceded us to put many methods, ways and means that their job to create the interaction between awarenesses of pupil and existed concepts or text books, it is out of these methods; using the educational puppets, for the pupil and helping to increase their cognitives upon their lessons, here the need emerged to acquire the teacher, the skills, required personal lore experiences to make the educational puppet and move it during the training program has been design to this purpose, so , the aim of current research to verify as follows : - Setting up training program to join the teachers (men and women) of primary stage. - Skills of arts to make and move the educational Puppets. - Measuring the vitality of program for its two dimensions the lore and the skillfulThe collection of the current research has been determined by teachers (men and women) of primary stage in the schools belong to the education / Al - karkh/1/ in Baghdad province, the sample was selected by intentioned method, the size of sample (30) teachers (men and women) for first three classes from different of specializations except the experts of art education and sport education. The program has been applied upon to the sample of mission analysis for (Charles Ritchliot) for one experimental group, the researcher used the experimental design as a minimum of discipline to measure the vitality of training program to make and move the educational puppet, two tools have been designed for this purpose are : - Lore test to measure the scope of gaining the targeted segment of lore bases to make and move the educational puppet. - Skillful test to measure the scope of gaining the targeted segment of technical skills to make and move the educational puppet through four tools.Four tools of evaluation (note) have been designed for this purpose. The Two tools of above research with the evaluative tools subjected to the faith conditions and steadiness, to make it convinced. Tools enjoy with psychometric features for it depend on it later in experimental researches that are similar or complemented for present or current research.The researcher has used many statistical methods to indicate the results, it was very important and it is difficulties treatments and distinguishing for the items of lore earned test. Like the objective and listed answer the factor of linking (Point Byserial) to verify of objective items faith in lore earned Test and the factor of linking (Person) to verify the faith of listed items in lore earned Test, and formula.(Alpha - Cronbach) to count the affixing of lore earned Test, formula (spearman - Brown) to count the affixing the lore earned Test by half partition way. The researcher has obtained to the results that have been discussed are : 1 - The efficiency of educational contain of program including the lore side.2 - The efficiency of training contain of program in its skilful aspect (performance).But the conclusions have been obtained by researcher upon to the results of research as follows : 1 - The depending on the theatrical frames not the samples to analyze the missions, strategies by applying this sample in light the conductive bases to the educational - educational design, it proved its remitted and its excel in the field of Fine Arts, and that what reflected the current studies through the vitality of training program that was prepared.2 - The skills of making and moving the educational puppets increase the efficiency of teacher and supporting the vitality of educational situation for the teacher.The most important recommendations that have been acted by researcher in the light of conclusion are : 1 - The benefit from the program and its depends on it by the training and developing centers in ministry through making the training and qualifying courses.2 - Preparing mini educational book fits of training program and, provide it in the libraries and cultural educational institutions that concerning with it.The researcher imposed to act more future studies to try theories and samples of learning educational design, to open wide aspects and prospective before like these active technical skills.
