Abstract:
ان جميع البحوث والاختراعات تهدف لمحاولة مجاراة التقدم العلمي عن طريق وضع ما قد يتناسب مع متطلبات الرياضات المختلفة من اساليب تدريبة وتعليمية بالاضافة الى اختبارات مققنة يمكن الاعتماد عليها لانتقاء الافضل والمناسب الى اللعبة الممارسة وتتمثل في مجموعة من الاختبارات والقياسات التي تعد بمثابة مؤشر يستدل منه على انسب العناصر ومن ثم يمكن ان يوفر للمدربين ما قد يترتب من اختيار عناصر غير صالحة ومن هذا المنطلق ارتاى الباحث وضع بطارية اختبارات يعتمد عليها العاملون في هذا المجال من مدربين ومختصين في اختيار اللاعبين الانسب من هذه الفئة (الفئات الخاصة (الصم والبكم) في لعبة كرة القدم) وفقا للمتغيرات البدنية والمهارية والوظيفية.اهداف البحث : - 1 - ايجاد بطاريات اختبارات (بدنية - مهارية - وظيفية) متمثلة من الاختبارات المترشحة من التحليل العاملي.2 - ايجاد درجات ومستويات معيارية لبطارية الاختبارات.اما منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي باسلوب المسح لملائمته لحل مشكلة البحث، كما قام الباحث بتحديد مجتمع وعينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية وهم لاعبو الصم والبكم بكرة القدم في المنطقة الجنوبية (البصرة - العمارة - المثنى) والذين يمثلون اللجان البارالمبية حيث بلغ عدد اللاعبي العينة (42) لاعبا لتطبيق الاختبارات المختارة عليهم واجراء التحليلي العاملي.ومن ذلك توصل الباحث الى استخلاص (6)عوامل بدنية و(5) عوامل مهارية و(4) عوامل وظيفية التي حصلت على اعلى تشبعات من خلال التدوير العاملي. كما توصل الباحث الى عدة استنتاجات منها : - 1 - التوصل الى بناء بطارية اختبارات وتم تسميتها ببطاريات علي حسين لقياس الاداء البدني والمهاري والوظيفي للاعبي كرة القدم الصم والبكم والتي تنسجم مع البيئة العراقية.2 - تم ايجاد المعايير المتمثلة بالدرجات والمستويات المعيارية للعوامل المستخلصة البدنية والمهارية والوظيفية والتي تعد بمثابة الدليل العلمي لتقييم اللاعب ضمن المجموعة التي ينتمي اليها.اما اهم التوصيات التي يوصي بها الباحث فهي : - 1 - استخدام بطارية الاختبارات المستخلصة في امكانية تقييم اللاعبين وفقا للاداء البدني والمهاري والوظيفي، بالاضافة الى عملية التقويم والانتقاء والتصنيف للاعبين وفقا للاداء البدني والمهاري والوظيفي.2 - اجراء دراسات متشابهة لتقييم النواحي التي لم يتم تناولها في هذه الدراسة كالنواحي النفسية والاجتماعية للاعبي الصم والبكم بكرة القدم.3 - اجراء دراسات مماثلة لبناء بطاريات اختبارات تشمل عينات لمراحل عمرية مختلفة. | That all research and inventions aimed Try it did not keep pace with scientific progress through the development of what may be commensurate with the requirements of different sports from a training and educational methods in addition To TestsMqguenh can be relied upon to select the best and appropriate to the game practice and is in a range of tests and measurements that serves as an indicator suggesting a more appropriate elements and then could provide for trainers what may consequent to choose elements invalid In this sense felt researcher put battery tests unreliable Workers in this field of trainers and specialists in the most appropriate selection of players from this class (with special needs (deaf and dumb) in a football game) and according to the variables of the physical and technical skills and functional.Research goals : - 1 - Finding tests battery of tests represented AEs of factor analysis.2 - Finding a standard grades and levels of battery tests.The research procedures, the researcher used the descriptive style survey of suitability to solve the problem of the research, as the researcher determine community and sample the way intentional and they seemed to deaf and dumb football in the southern region (Basra Alamarh - Muthanna) and who represent the Paralympic committees where the number of Allaobei the sample (42) players for the application of selected tests on them and conducting analytical world.That the researcher to conclude Extract (6) physical and (5) skill factors and factors (4) and functional factors that got the highest global Chavat through recycling.
