Abstract:
ماشهدناه في الاونة الاخيرة من تطور كبير في الانجازات الرياضية جاء نتيجتة الاستعمال الامثل للوسائل العلمية وتكنلوجية الرياضة الحديثة في العملية التدريبة التي دخلت مفاصل الرياضة بشتى صنوفها وصفوفها, لذا اتجه المختصون الى الاهتمام بهذا المستوى من اجل تطوير اللعبة المعنية ورفع مستواها, وان لعبة الكرة الطائرة من الالعاب السريعة نتيجة انتقال الكرة بسرعة عالية بين الفريقين نتيجة قوة الارسال او الضرب الساحق, لذا توجب على لاعب الكرة الطائرة ان يمتلك صفات مهارية خاصة تكون جديرة بالاهتمام وهى الدقة وسرعة الاستجابة الحركية التي تحدد المستوى المهاري للاعب, وان عدم التهيؤ باستقبال ودفاع جيد لايؤدي الى هجوم جيد واي خلل يكون عند اللاعب يؤدي الى خسارة الفريق نقطة .فقد وجد الباحث من خلال تحليله ومشاهدته لمباريات الكرة الطائرة ومن خلال المختصين ان هنالك مشكلة في ضعف اداء بعض المهارات الدفاعية المتمثلة في استقبال الارسال والدفاع عن الملعب وعدم الدقة في التوصيل الى المعد لخلق هجوم ناجح وهذا يرجع الى اسباب تتعلق بعملية التدريب لذا فان التكيف الى درجة عالية من الدقة وسرعة الاستجابة تحتاج الى تكرارات كثيرة من خلال الوحدات التدريبية ومشابه لظروف وسرعة اللعب وهذا يحتاج اما الى كادر تدريبي كبير وهو امر غير اقتصادي مقارنة بالجهود , واما الى توافر اجهزة حديثة في التدريب تكون اقتصادية وتوفر الجهد والمال , وان عدم وجود مثل هذه الاجهزة اصبح من الواضح ان هنالك سببا اخر لوجود هذه المشكلة وكيفية معالجتها, وفي اية فئة يكون البدء اكثر تاثير ليسهم في تطوير وخلق قاعدة يرتكز عليها الفرق من اجل التطوير والارتقاء بمستوى تلك العبة. وتبلورت اهداف البحث على النحو الاتي : 1 - تصنيع جهاز قاذف الكرات محليا وبالية ميكانيكية والكترونية كهربائية ( ليست يدوية ) ويمكن التحكم بسرعة واتجاه الكرة المقذوفة منه.2 - اعداد تمرينات باستخدام جهاز قاذف كرات لتطوير دقة وسرعة الاستجابة الحركية لمهارتي استقبال الارسال والدفاع عن الملعب بالكرة الطائرة والتعرف على تاثير تلك التمرينات باستعمال الجهاز . ومن خلال ذلك افترض الباحث ما ياتي : 1 - ان هناك فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارين ( القبلي والبعدي ) للمجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في دقة وسرعة الاستجابة الحركية لمهارتي استقبال الارسال والدفاع عن الملعب بالكرة الطائرة للناشئين .2 - ان هنالك فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة للاختبار البعدي في دقة وسرعة الاستجابة الحركية لمهارتي استقبال الارسال والدفاع بالكرة الطائرة ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وقد جرى البحث على عينة من لاعبي فئة الناشئين للمركز التخصصي لرعاية الموهبة الرياضية (بغداد) للكرة الطائرة باعمار ( 15 - 16) سنة والبالغ عددهم (12) لاعب , وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي, وتم تقسيم العينة على مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة ( 6 ) لاعبين لكل مجموعة بطريقة عشوائية , وتم تطبيق المنهج الذي اعده الباحث ويشمل التمرينات باستخدام جهاز قاذف الكرات المصنع بواقع ( 24 ) وحدة تدريبية اقتصر العمل على المجموعة التجريبية في القسم الرئيس بزمن ( 30 ) دقيقة من الزمن الاصلي للوحدة التدريبية للمدرب , وتم اجراء الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية , وتحليل النتائج الاحصائية للاختبارات ومناقشتها باستخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية ( spss ) , وفي ضوء النتائج والفروض والاهداف توصل الباحث الى عدة استنتاجات وتوصيات اهمها : 1 - من خلال تطبيق منهج البحث واجراءاته ومن خلال الوحدات التدريبية اثبت صلاحية عمل الجهاز لما له من تفاعل ايجابي بين افراد العينة.2 - ان استخدام الباحث لجهاز قاذف الكرات المصنع له دور فعال في تطوير دقة وسرعة الاستجابة الحركية لمهارتي الاستقبال والدفاع عن الملعب للناشئين.3 - ان استخدام الجهاز اعطى فرصة كبيرة ومتساوية من خلال كثرة التكرارات وثبات السرع لافراد العينة وكذلك اعطى فسحة للمدرب لتصحيح الاخطاء واعطاء التغذية الراجعة وبالقرب من اللاعبين وذلك لالية عمل الجهاز.و يوصي الباحث : 1 - استخدام جهاز قاذف الكرات المصنع في تطوير دقة وسرعة الاستجابة الحركية لمهارتي استقبال الارسال والدفاع عن الملعب بالكرة الطائرة لفئة الناشئين اولا.2 - استخدام التمرينات الخاصة التي اعدها الباحث في تطوير دقة وسرعة الاستجابة لمهارتي استقبال الارسال والدفاع عن الملعب للناشئين والاعتماد على الاختبارات المعدلة لكونها تعطي صورة ادق للمستوى المهاري للاعب من خلال ربط الدقة مع عامل ثان سرعة الاستجابة المحددة بزمن واجراء دراسات مشابه على مهارات فنية اخرى وعلى فئات عمرية مختلفة . | What we have seen in recent times of considerable evolution in sports achievements was the result of optimal use of scientific methods and technology of modern sports training process that entered the joints of various types of sport and its ranks, so turn the specialists to this level in order to develop the game on and upgraded, and the volleyball game as a result of rapid movement of the ball at high speed between the two teams as a result of the power transmission or crushing beatings, Therefore there must be a player that possesses the qualities of a special skill to be worthy Interesting are the accuracy and speed of Motor response that determine the skill level of the player, and that lack of preparedness and good defense doesn't lead to good and attack any defect is when the player leads to loss of team points.The researcher has found through his analysis of volleyball games and watching it through specialists there's a problem in the poor performance of some defensive skills of transmission and reception of defense in area of play and inaccuracies in the connection to the intended to create a successful attack and this is due to reasons of the training process so that adaptation to a high degree of accuracy and speed of response you need many iterations through modules, similar to the conditions and speed of play and this needs either major training staff which is uneconomic compared with efforts and the availability of modern equipment in the training be economical and save energy and money, and that the absence of such devices became clear that there was another reason for the existence of this problem and how to fix them, and in any category be start more influence to contribute to the development and creation of a base underlying difference for development and creating the base teams in order to develop and upgrade the level of that game, and research objectives evolved as follows : 1 - Manufacturing ejector balls device locally and electrical mechanical and electronic mechanism (not manual) and you can control the speed and direction of the ball thrown.2 - Preparation of exercises using a ball thrower to develop accuracy and speed of response to motor skill of reception and defend the volleyball Stadium and learn about the impact that exercise, the use of the device.From the foregoing the researcher suppose : 1 - There were statistically significant differences between the two tests (Pre and post) for experimental group and control subjects in the accuracy and speed of motor response to my receiver and defend the area of play volleyball for beginners.2 - There were statistically significant differences between experimental groups and control of test post in the accuracy and speed of motor response to reception and defense skills of volleyball and for the experimental group.Search has been took a sample of the Junior category players for sport talent care specialist center (Baghdad) for volleyball (ages 15 - 16) totaling (12) Player, the researcher may use the experimental method, the sample was split into two groups experimental groups and control (6) players per group at random, and the curriculum was implemented by the researcher and includes exercises using your factory balls Launcher (24) training unit only work on experimental group main section processing time 30 minutes from the original time of the coach, Pre and post tests were performed, and statistical analysis of the results of the tests and discussed using the bag of statistics (SPSS), and in these results of the findings and hypotheses and targets researcher reached several conclusions and recommendations : 1 - Through the application of research methodology and procedures through training units proved the validity of the device because of its positive interaction between respondents.2 - The researcher use the factory balls device instrumental in developing accuracy and speed of motor response to the skills receiver and defend venue for rookies.2 - To use the device gave a great opportunity and equally through many iterations and steady speed to sample and give room to the coach to correct errors and giving feedback and around players to work the machine.Researcher recommends : 1 - Uses ejector balls device to develop accuracy and speed of response of the transmission and reception skills motor defend area of play volleyball Junior category first.2 - Using special exercises prepared by the researcher to develop accuracy and speed of response of the transmission and reception skills defend venue for rookies and relying on the modified tests because they give a more accurate picture of the skill level of the player by connecting with a second factor speed of response time - specific and similar studies on other technical skills and different age categories.
