Abstract:
Hashiyat Nawahid Al - Abkar and Shawahid Al - Afkar for Al - Imam Al - Siyooty is a result for the efforts of three scientists , and it is a hashiya on the interpretation of Al - Baidaawy which it is called Anwar Al - Tanzeel and Asraa Al - Taweel . Imam Al - Siyooty represents the previous Thurowa in depending on the efforts of the previous scientists who are classified , where he is going on tracing the classifications of the those who preceded him in order to choose what he found it as useful and suitable with the syllabus who going on it . Imam Al - Siyooty is considered as great thinker and information encyclopedia where he gathered the opinions of the scientists in one matter and he discussed it a scientific discussion where he kept it and exposed it on the shape of question and answer , and the people of science who their years lives were different , they were in one council , and they answered this matter and his different books , from them is this hashiya which is called Nawahid Al - Abkar and Shaward Al - Afkar , have indicated the capacity of his science and his ability of different sciences and some of his modern followers have accused him with some lies which don't influence the position of this great Scientist's situation This Hashiya represents a result of the efforts of three great scientists from Al - Islam scientists in the field of , interpreting of Quran , because it is a precious hashiya on the interpretation of Al - Baidawy which is called …., which is considered as abbreviated interpretation in general . from interpretation of Al - Kashaaf for Al - Zamakshary , and also it is considered from the last efforts of Al - Imam Al - Siyooty in the ends of his life ,before his death . The way which is followed by Al - IMAM Al - Siyooty in his books for this hashiya which was on the shape of hashiya system , which led for using many of different resources which most important is interpretation of Al - Kashaf for Al - Zamakshary and hawashy and the produced books on it as well as the books of interpretations and Quran science and Al Hadeeth books and its explanations , and Al Nahoo books and language , and arts and poetry and proverbs and translations books and history and others from books which he needs in his research subject and the importance of this hasyiya is emphasized as it is not only explanation for AL - Badawy only , but it is a book which is criticized in many subjects and making a balance between al - Kashaf and Anwar Al - Tanzeel from a side and Anwar Al - Tanzeel and Hawashy Al - Kashaf from another side. And Al - Imam Al Siyooty has depended in his production for this hashiya on shifting on hawashy Al - Kashaf specially hashiya Al - Taiby Imam which is called Futooh Al - Al - Ghaib fi Al - Kashaf on Kinaa Al - Raib , where he depended on it great dependence and he shifted from it many things . And he was choosing from Anwar Al - Tanzeel the statements which it needs for clarifying . and he did not oblige in explaining all the statements , also he identified some of the scientific terms and derived Al - Ahadeeth which are mentioned by Al - Baidaay in his interpretation and he governed it , and he translated for some of the great scientists , and explaining Al - Shawahid Al - Shiryia and stating the witness's place . And Al - Imam Al - Siyooty has gathered in this hashiya between Al - Tafseer syllabus and Al - Tafsser by opinion , where we see that in many of subjects , he depends in it on Al - Taffseer by opinion , and this was in different fro what he produced in interpretation Al - Dur AL - Manthoor . And it appeared through my study for Al - Hashiya that it was true for Al - Imam Al - Siyooty and there is a difference in giving it name where it is called Nawahid Al - Abkar and Shawahid Al - Afkar , and giving name 'Nawahid Al - Abkar and Shaward Al - Afkar , which clarifies that its name Nawahid Al - Abkar and Shaward Al - Afkar through evidences which have been mentioned in this research ……..Mabhath Al - Taareef by Al - Kitaab
