Abstract:
اشتمل على التعريف بالبحث الذي تضمن مقدمة البحث واهمية ، والتطرق الى دور تدريب المهارات النفسية الذي يمثل احد المداخل لتطبيق مبادىء علم النفس الرياضي , من خلال الوحدات التدريبية التي تسهم في تطوير بعض القدرات العقلية ودقة التصويب بالمسدس الهوائي للوصول الى المستوى الافضل في الاداء.وتكمن اهمية البحث في تصميم جهاز يساعد على تدريب اللاعبين الرماة وتطويرهم وتعليمهم مراحل عملية الرمي عن طريق وضع تمرينات خاصة على وفق الانظمة التمثيلية التي تسعى الى رفع مستوى الانجاز للرامي , والحصول على تكيفات لايمكن الحصول عليها في الظروف الطبيعية , فادى ذلك الى رفع بعض القدرات العقلية ودقة التصويب بالمسدس الهوائي والوصول الى مستويات عالية لكسر الارقام السابقة , نتيجة الخروج عن التدريب بالظروف الطبيعية وخلق رماة تعودوا على ظروف غير موجودة في الواقع وتدربوا عليها. اذاستخدمت النظم التمثيلية كونها من الامور المهمة في العملية التعليمية التي لها دور مهم في عملية استقبال المعلومات من المحيط وخزن تلك المعلومات في الذاكرة قصيرة الامد ومن ثم الى الذاكرة طويلة الامد على شكل ناتج ايجابي لاي حركة او خزين ايجابي يمكن الافادة منه بعملية الاداء , لان ذلك الاستقبال يتم عن طريق الحواس (السمع .و البصر .و الاحساس) حيث ان العقل يفضل نوعا معينالاستقبال المعلومات فتكون هي الغالبة على تصوراته وترتبيه للمعلومات .امامشكلة البحث جاءت من خلال خبرة الباحثة كونها من الممارساتلهذه اللعبة سابقا ومن متابعيها حاليا اذ رات ان هناك عدم الربط بين المتطلبات الفنية والنفسية والعقلية لتحقيق الانجاز الافضل كذلك عدم استخدام الوسائل التدريبية الحديثة لتطوير تلك المتطلبات ,ووجود قصور في الادوات والوسائل المساعدة التي تساعد الرماة على التدريب بشكل مستمر لكسر الروتين والملل وخلق الاثارة والتشويق في التدريب على الفعالية , وبالتالي يمكن تحقيق افضل انجاز وبجهد اقل ,وهذا ما جعل الباحثة تلجا الى الخوض في هذه المشكلة وصولا الى الاجراءات والحلول التي تساعد على تطور هذه الفعالية من خلال البحث في التفكير باعداد تمرينات خاصة بجهاز مبتكر على وفق الانظمة التمثيلية لتطوير بعض القدرات العقلية ودقة التصويب في رماية المسدس الهوائي .وهدفت الدراسة الى : 1 - تصميم جهاز مبتكر على وفق الانظمة التمثيلية لرياضة الرماية .2 - اعداد تمرينات خاصة بالجهاز المبتكر على وفق الانظمة التمثيلية لرياضة الرماية.3 - التعرف على تاثير التمرينات الخاصة في الجهاز المبتكر على وفق الانظمة التمثيلية في تطوير بعض القدرات العقلية ودقة التصويب بالمسدس الهوائي .وافترضت الباحثة : 1 - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في بعض القدرات العقلية ودقة التصويب بالمسدس الهوائي .2 - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية فيما بين نتائج الاختبارات البعدية للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في بعض القدرات العقلية ودقة التصويب بالمسدس الهوائي.مجالات البحث : المجال البشري : لاعبو منتخب شباب الاتحاد المركزي العراقي في فعالية المسدس الهوائي.المجال الزمني : المدة الزمنية من 2013/10/13ولغاية2015/4/13 .المجال المكاني : قاعة الرماية في الاتحاد المركزي العراقي .اشتمل هذا الباب على الدراسات النظرية والدراسات المشابهةاذ تطرقت الباحثة الى مفهوم التمرينات الخاصة وكما اشتمل على مفهوم الانظمة التمثيلية والقدرات العقلية (تركيز الانتباه وزمن الاستجابة الحركية) واهميتها في المجال الرياضي، ودقة التصويب بالمسدس الهوائي ,وتطرقت الى قوانين وقواعد وتكنيك الرماة في فعالية المسدس الهوائي وكمااشتمل الباب على مفهوم المهارات النفسية وكذلك تناولت الباحثة اهمية مهارة(دقة التصويب) لدى لاعبي الرماية بصورة عامة ولاعبي الرماية بالمسدس الهوائي بصورة خاصة , واشتمل الباب ايضا على دراستين مشابهتين واوجه التشابه والاختلاف ومدى الافادة منها . اشتمل على منهج البحثاذ استعمل الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعات المتكافئة وبالطريقة العمدية على عينة قوامها (10)لاعبين يمثلون اندية الاتحاد المركزي العراقي , وهم نادي الامانة البالغ عددهم (5)لاعبين , ونادي الكاظمية البالغ عددهم (5)لاعبين في فعالية الرماية بالمسدس الهوائي، وقسمت على مجموعتين ,مجموعة ضابطة ومجموعة تجريبية بواقع (5) لاعبين لكل مجموعة ومن ثم تطرقت الباحثةالى الاجراءات الميدانية المتمثلة بالجهاز المساعد المبتكر ومواصفات الجهاز وطريقة العمل للتدريب عليه , ومن ثم التطرق الى التمرينات الخاصة المصممة من قبل الباحثةفي مهارات تركيز الانتباه وزمن الاستجابة الحركية كما احتوى الباب على ادوات البحث وخطوات تنفيذه والدراسة الاستطلاعية والاختبار ,القبلي والتجربة الرئيسة ,والاختبار البعدي , والوسائل الاحصائية.اشتمل على عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها.و تضمن هذا الباب الاستنتاجات والتوصيات : الاستنتاجات : بعد عرض النتائج المستخلصة احصائيا ، توصلت الباحثة الى الاستنتاجات الاتية : 1 - تصميم جهاز مبتكر (مصنع ) على وفق خبرة الباحثة والخبراء من ذوي الاختصاص الهندسي والرياضي .2 - تم التوصل الى اعداد تمرينات خاصة على وفق الانظمة التمثيلية بواقع (27) تمرينا.3 - للتمرينات الخاصة بالجهاز المبتكر على وفق الانظمة التمثيلية تاثير ايجابي في تحسين سرعة الاستجابة الحركية لدى اللاعبين الرماة بالمسدس الهوائي ، وتفوقهم على اللاعبين الذين تدربوا بدونه . 4 - تعمل التمرينات الخاصة بالجهاز المبتكر على وفق الانظمة التمثيلية على تطوير تركيز الانتباه لدى اللاعبين الرماة بالمسدس الهوائي ، وتفوقهم على اللاعبين الذين تدربوا بدونه . 5 - تساعد التمرينات الخاصة بالجهاز المبتكر على وفق الانظمة التمثيلية في تطوير تركيز الانتباه لدى اللاعبين الرماة بالمسدس الهوائي ، وتفوقهم على اللاعبين الذين تدربوا بدونه .6 - تساعد التمرينات الخاصة بالجهاز المبتكر على وفق الانظمة التمثيلية في تطوير او تصحيح المسار الحركي للذراع ومن ثم تصحيح مسار الاطلاقة .التوصيات والمقترحات : - وضعت الباحثة التوصيات والمقترحات الاتية بالاعتماد على ما توصل اليه البحث الحالي من استنتاجات والتي لابد من مراعاتها : 1 - من المهم اعتمادالتمرينات الخاصة بالجهاز المبتكر على وفق الانظمة التمثيلية في تعليم وتدريب الرماة على المسدس الهوائي.2 - من الضروري تاكيد تقنين استعمال مثل هذه التمرينات لاسيما في المعسكرات التدريبية .3 - لابد من الاهتمام بتطوير ما وفرته التكنولوجيا الحديثة من ابتكارات الباحثين والافادة من المتخصصين منهم في اللجنة الاولمبية ووزارة الشباب والرياضة.4 - ضرورة الاخذ بنتائج هذه الدراسة وتعميمها وتاكيد تجهيز قاعات تدريب الرماية بالوسائل التدريبية الحديثة ، لما تحققه من مردود ايجابي في التحسن والتطور.5 - على الاندية تشجيع المدربين على استعمالهم الاجهزة التدريبية بما يخدم العملية التدريبية وملائمتها نوع الرياضة التخصصية . 6 - اجراء دراسات تتناول تاثير التمرينات الخاصة بالجهاز المبتكر على وفق الانظمة التمثيليةفي قدرات عقلية اخرى برياضة الرماية.7 -
