تقاس حضارة الشعوب وتقدمها بمدى حسن استخدام المجتمع للثروة البشرية الكامنة في افراده وتوجيه طاقاتهم الوجهة الانشائية السليمة التي تسهم في التقدم الانساني. اذ ان تطور الانشطة الرياضية بشكل عام ورياضة الجمناستك بشكل خاص لم يات وليد صدفة بل جاء نتيجة التطو | The study included five sections have been summarized on the first section : Provided and the importance of research : Civilization is measured by the extent and progress of the peoples of good community use of the wealth of human potential in its members and directing their energies destination sound construction that contribute to human progress. As the development of sports activities in general and sport gymnastics in particular did not come and coincidence but the result of technical developments wide and a number of research and studies by specialists and researchers to find methods of education and training of new and modern in order to improve performance and achieve the best achievements.The use of a means of training has led modern researchers and experts in the field of training and learning to work hard to find the best means of education and training that fit individual abilities and capabilities available to the trainees and the learner in the environment surrounding it. And their importance in the technical performance of the researcher felt the use of a proposal sprung help players to develop the high level of jumping to the development level of the performance of movements of ground service for sport in our society and try to add some modern training methods.The research goal was : • the design of the sprung proposal to develop the performance Alqlebatt air background (vancomycin and curved) on the table land movements in the artistic gymnastics.• Identify the impact of the proposed installation on spring device used in the development of performance Alqlebatt air background (vancomycin and curved) on the table land movements in the artistic gymnastics.The imposition of the research is : • the device proposed for installation on spring a positive impact on the development of performance Alqlebatt air background (vancomycin and curved) on the table land movements in the artistic gymnastics.The areas of research : The human sphere : Cubs Club Paljmanacetk pure technical and number (7) for players aged (7 - 9) years.Temporal area : for the period of 20.01.2011 till 08.04.2011.Spatial domain : Training Centre of the Directorate of physical activity in the pure / Diyala.The second section was included to : Theoretical studies and similar studies on the use of assistive devices, teaching aids, training approach and utilities.Part III : It included research methodology and procedures in the field.The researcher used the experimental method with control and experimental groups.The research community has included players club exclusively dictated by technical category Cubs numbering (7) for players aged (7 - 9) years.
