Abstract: تقوم العلاقة بين الدين والمواطنة في اي عقد اجتماعي معاصر على اربعة اركان اساسية, اولهما ان المجتمعات المعاصرة لا غنى لها عن المواطنة بسبب اشكالية التعددية الدينية والطائفية, واستحالة تغيير مورفولوجية المجتمع لجعله مغلقا على دين او طائفة. وثانيهما ان الدين | The relationship between religion and citizenship in any modern social contract depend on four very important principals. Which link to gather by social, groups and individuals interests in the modern societies. The first the citizenship values system is very important for social structure because the problematically religiosity and casts numerical. Second are the religion is one of the most important and effectiveness social control informal factors in the operation of produce the social behaviors and attitudes. While the third are. The citizenship try to create open to religiously anther social groups in the modern societies. Inspire what the religions and casts doing (close them on the believers) using the religious differences and responsibility, so as to keep the society unity and stability whatever the deferent groups political and religious belongings, So as to make strong social ties among the members. Fourth there was human common values between the religion and citizenship help as to create positive relationship between them in socio - metrics social relationships. Choice one of citizenship or religion are very difficult for individual sometimes impossible in the religious societies such as Iraqi society so we could poured this commons for built correct general social personality begging with the teens in the high schools the largest demographic number among the youth. Who life in the latest of the adulterants age they shaped wild social based for positive links among the deferent social groups in the social structure.Citizenship help the youth to grow and grow up socially and avoided sickness social personality that we had serious need for it in the recent time to create peace among the Iraqi society contents. We could made that only by the citizenship effectiveness that results of the interactive between the religious values system and the citizenship one.There were many religious studies made by the religious institution men which explain the possibility of link religion with the citizenship. we could poured the holly texts which the studies deal with. So in this study we try to analyzed the religious texts which learn to the high schools students in the Iraqi school. to show the citizenship content in it so that mean show the possibility of religion to citizenshipWe try to explain the teacher role in the operation of learning citizenship by religion lessens that conceder apart of the whole operation of learning which lead by the ministry of education in Iraq. we try to know the orders that impose citizenship learning to the youth in this step of age. We asked the teachers about the content of the religious texts and it relation with the citizenship, we asked them if they explain this relation. Is there laws determine their work in the field of methods in the stage that shaped the youth thought about the others in the same society.We aimed to change the content of religious lessons toward help youth specially and others in the society the important of the citizenship in the society future which mean their future and to avoid the religious problems among the various classes in the society
